Papa Johns Pizza

Paul is the best worker I have ever come across, he helped me immediately as I walked into the shop. I wish I caught the names of the other workers because I would like to thank them specifically too. But since I can't I just want to say, you all are the best. Picked up an order from here they even have door dash pizza bags if you need one if they have them they are free most time papa John's have them available thanks u guys are the best

Great customer service at a decent time frame

HORRIBLE, my child got an four cheese quesodilla there was lettuce on it,she hates lettuce, the potato were old and stale and burrito was fine, we ate at around 2:45, horrible.

Pizza is okay, not my favorite, way pricey for mediocre pizza

Food is always good. But unfortunately tonight the delivery driver stole our 2 liter soda. I called papa John’s to see where it was and the first thing the man says on the phone is “omg. She stole y’all soda. She literally just left the store” so I’m asking him if she works for them he says “no. She works for door dash. We only have one delivery driver tonight and they’re gone so I used door dash to have your food delivered because I didn’t want it getting cold” .. ok .. so I ask for the dashers name because OF COURSE They give you a name WHEN YOU USE THEIR SERVICES ! And he says they don’t have a name for the dasher. He’s not acting as if he could help me , didn’t offer a refund . No nothing. So I’m asking questions he clearly couldn’t answer and then he ends up saying “well , when my driver gets back. I’ll see if they can bring you another one” so I said ok. Hung up , then thought about how unprofessional and how much on an inconvenience that was ! So I call back , and tell them I’d just like a refund because idk how long the driver will be. I GOT THE SAME PERSON I HAD BEFORE , and he says “let me go ask my manger” .. so if the manager is there why was the call direct to him when we established my 2 liter soda was STOLEN By a DASHER That THEY Went through. If I wanted to order through door dash I would have ORDERED THROUGH DOOR DASH! It’s the principle of the situation. He literally said “dang! She straight stole y’all’s soda man” .. then nothing to follow up after that. Unacceptable!

After placing an order online we were immediately contacted from Papa John's asking for our bank info again, well it had already been removed from our bank so the manger said the mistake must have been on their side. We paid $17 for a Papa bowl, among other items, the "bowl" was a tray. 1/4th full. Does not go the length nor depth of the "bowl" only to get the manager back on saying impossible he made it himself!Pitiful I will not use Papa John's again in Cape girdeau again! #dobetter#whereisshaqwhenyouneedhim!
