After placing an order online we were immediately contacted from Papa John's asking for our bank info again, well it had already been removed from our bank so the manger said the mistake must have been on their side. We paid $17 for a Papa bowl, among other items, the "bowl" was a tray. 1/4th full. Does not go the length nor depth of the "bowl" only to get the manager back on saying impossible he made it himself!Pitiful I will not use Papa John's again in Cape girdeau again! #dobetter#whereisshaqwhenyouneedhim!

Very rude management, named Desiree instead of fixing my order she wants argue with me, to the point I jus cut her off and asked are you going to fix my order I paid for mamm, I don't argue with ignorance, I'm a rewards member and won't be going back, beyond ridiculous customer service

They forgot my husband and my drinks the driver drove all the way back to the store then brought them back. It was some of the best customer service I had seen in a while. Thank you it was very much appreciated!

Tracker said 34-44 minutes. I went to pick it up after 30 minutes + 10 minute drive, but the pizza wasn't in the oven yet. Waited an extra 30 minutes in the parking lot before giving up.I could have gone to the store, bought pizza ingredients, drove home, assembled and cooked it, eaten and cleaned up faster than PJs made a pizza.Update: $5 delivery fee plus a tip. A $12 pizza winds up costing $30.

I tried to order delivery and they told me I had to pay on the phone and wouldn't deliver my order to pay in person! "NOT EVERYONE USES DEBIT CARDS"!!!!!!

Drove out of town then across 2 towns to get an extra large Philly pizza. Got a cheese and onion pizza with a 1/4 cup or less of meat sprinkled over it. The guys were so upset! They were hungry! They didn’t even eat it because it was just a cheese pizza they just ate the pepperoni pizza cause it had a lot of pepperoni. Us girls had to eat it.
