Papa Johns Pizza

BEWARE! Not vegetarian friendly. They advertise quality guarantee and you get that at most locations. Not this one though. Their garden fresh veggie pizza is advertised as vegetarian with no meat on it but that wasn’t the case for me. I had been ordering the same pizza multiple times and now I am traumatized. There was meat on my garden fresh veggie pizza. I haven’t had meat in almost 10 years. The manager Kyle refused a refund and intially denied putting pepperoni on it without hearing me out then he admitted to using a pizza cutter that had pepperoni residue and pepperoni on it. He refused to refund and instead said he would remake it after he argued with me and was hostile. I decided not to accept the pizza because he argued and refused for me to talk to his upper management. He called himself the boss and the worse part about it is when I was explaining to him that I hadn’t ate meat in years and i bit into it and I told him why I was frustrated. He argued with me some more and talked over me. He then said I have the right to deny you service goodbye. I asked so you are going to just keep my money? He said I offered to send it out again after he argued with me and carelessy prepared the first pizza regardless of my dietary restrictions.

This Papa John’s is doing it BETTER!

Been here several times, ordering online and on the app. They are always quick and the food has been amazing! They cooked the pizza well done per request perfectly and they give a generous amount of the signature garlic sauce and those nice juicy peppers when I add them to the order. The well done Shaq-A-Roni was absolutely perfect and a personal favorite! Every employee I have met has been helpful and nice, especially the delivery guys!

Pizza was great as always but the cinnamon pull apart lacked any frosting on them so they were really dry and I don’t know that I will order them again I have had before and they were great then.

Placed an order for delivery. App showed pizza was delivered. We never received the order. I called and spoke with the manager who tells me the driver delivered it to the wrong house and had just put the newly remade order in. I was not notified of their mistake. It took me calling the store to figure out what happened. The “manager” was extremely rude, interrupted me and said “well I told you what happened”………yeah after I called the store. Hope their driver likes the generous tip he got for the original order.

Terrible phone customer service. Long wait times. Pizza was soggy and raw not cooked. Was sick the next day.

I ordered delivery and they didn’t tell me until after my order was placed that door dash would be delivering. My pizza was not kept insulated so it wasn’t hot when I got it. I also ordered a 2 liter of 7 up and the lid was messed up. The soda wasn’t carbonated at all. Very disappointed.

a very poorly ran store, rude employees, cold food, messed up orders, a nightmare of a parking lot…thankfully there’s plenty of other pizza chains nearby
