The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was amazing.
Fries were terrible, half over cooked, half under cooked, not a single grain of salt on them. Tea was tea. Cookie was decent, a little under done, but not terrible. Had the cheesesteak, sandwich was a disappointment, baguette could have been toasted a little more, plenty of toppings, if that is their idea of extra steak, I'd hate to see the standard amount. And, way way way way too much salt on the sandwich, there were some bites that tasted like licking a salt block. Ended up throwing the second half of a large away, inedible. First time, and probably the last. When you would recommend Subway over an establishment, you know there's problems.
Average food. Wasn't bad but definitely not worth the money.
$27 for large sub, large fries and large drink.
Didn't have a bad experience, just average and at essentially $30 for a sandwich and fries, you gotta be more than average.
The two employees were so nice, the restaurant was clean, they have longer hours than my normal Penn Station in STL, my order was made in an efficient fashion. I've never had this experience at any of the PS in st louis and I want to thank the employees for a 5 star experience. Not to mention my artichoke sandwich and fries tasted amazing
Can't screw up subs. Food was great as was the staff
The teriyaki chicken and the artichoke sandwiches were delicious. There was a little longer than usual wait but worth it.
The toasted Italian is just amazing, that tangy vinegar and olive oil dressing is great
My family and I came to have lunch together. As we ordered our food Regan questioned in a rude tone if we needed three drinks instead of two since there were three of us. To which I said, “No I will just have a water”. Then our food came up but it was loud in the restaurant due to the people talking and the kitchen making food. Regan had apparently walked out of the kitchen and said our name one time and my family looked at each other wondering if that was our name being called. She brought out 2/3 sandwiches and went back to get the other sandwich of our order. As she called our name again, we turned around and she dropped off the food saying “next time I say your name, raise your hand because I couldn’t find you all”. Wish I could say she said it nicely but coming from 2 former servers and a current server, her tone was extremely uncalled for. So my dad went up to get our fires, since she didn’t bring those out at the time. I am not someone to complain and I understand having a bad day. But coming from a family of servers, we are extremely disappointed in this visit.
