I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is fabulous! The service and atmosphere are on point. The place is very clean. I definitely will be going back.

Solid pho for the region and better than we were expecting to get. I recommend the extra vegetables as it really provides a fairly healthy road trip meal as you are getting sick of burgers and Americana food.

If you're ok with literally 3 shrimp for protein and a ton of kimchi replacing your veggies and rice, go for it. Bland, abrasive vinegar and I repeat, LITERALLY 3 shrimp in my entire dish. Never again. Edit: I just want to mention this: my husband worked for about two hours to pay for our family's entire dinner (entrees and and apps) and I find it personally disrespectful that they short changed us so obviously. I know times are tough for everyone, but they need to know their paying customers are middle class rural Southern Missouri. Read the room, Pho8

A treasure in Cape G. Always hits the spot! Delicious, fresh ingredients. Soul warming, healing soup. Exciting crunchy sides! Amazing tofu, excellent broth, and I also love the chicken.
Love the food but the hours are terrible. Why in the world would you close at 7pm throughout the week and only be open until 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays???

We've been eating here the past few years and everything was absolutely amazing, food was good portions, amazing flavor, prepared very quickly and was reasonably priced. The last few times that we've ate here, we have been disappointed. This last time, the pho noodles came as one chunk and I was unable to separate individual noodles. The pho typically comes with a nice amount of fresh cilantro, lime, and sprouts. The lime and sprouts looked as if they had been sitting out for days (dry, limp, and brown). I was only given one small sprig of cilantro that was very brown and expired to the point of sliminess.

I ordered a chicken bahn-mi with extra meat, and wow, that sandwich was loaded. The toasted baguette was super fresh, warm, crispy and absorbed the chicken's amazing marinade.
We also got a rice bowl to go and the staff was super accommodating, and waited to assemble it until we were done dining to prevent it from getting soggy. Top tier customer service.
An honorable mention goes to their Vietnamese iced coffee and their delicious spring rolls.
We can't wait to come back next time we're in Cape.

Enjoyed my beef PHO and fried Tofu for lunch. The Pho Broth was real good. That's where many places fail. Wish they were closer to where I live. The dipping sauce for the Tofu could use a little kick.
