If you're looking for an amazing pho place, this is meant for you. I, as a man native to California where amazing food is around every block, whom moved here in 2019, and tried the simple order of a Beef Pho- my mind was blown, and Pho8 has quickly become a top 3 pick for date lunches between me and my lady. I still need to try one of their main dishes, but their sides are very good! The fried tofu is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork dumplings are juicy and flavorful. The spring rolls tasted fresh and work well as a side. The sauces are very good too!

Edit: I had to edit my review since it was a long time since I made the first review. Though it does take a while to get your food, I love coming here when I’m in town and ordering the shrimp spring rolls. Because of this, I definitely I had to up my review.
