Everything is usually fine except for the dough, specifically the Deep Dish Pan dough. I don’t know if it’s because there’s too much oil used prior to proofing or if the pans aren’t clean, but the dough is not good, it has a weird taste to it. I have ordered on multiple occasions and still the same result, so it wasn’t just a “bad day”. Please look into this because I love Pizza Hut so much but this makes me not want to order here. I hope this helps more than it hurts! I hate leaving bad reviews. I will leave a different review if I have a better experience next time I order, but I will always leave a review. :)

I called to place an order for delivery. I was told that they can't do deliveries at the moment. I told them I can't come and pick it up. I can't because I'm in a wheelchair right now and can't drive. They just hung up. As far as I know they still use door dash.
