I rarely leave reviews, but the Sprigg St. Rally's has once again let me down. I guess I'm crazy for continuing to go back and expecting anything different at this point. Tonight I pulled into an empty drive-thru, ordered, and pulled around like asked. After sitting there for around 13 minutes, I went to the window, and was told to wait a moment. I then see the two girls (who were nice), immediately put together my bag of food which had already been sitting there apparently ready, for who knows how long. The fries and mozzersticks were cold. They offered to drop more, but I had already waited, and at that point was frustrated enough to just leave. Between this, nearly always putting pickles on my sandwiches when I ask for none, and the half raw chicken sandwich my fiancé got, I think we might be done.

Every time we go to this location half of our order is messed up. We’ve gone multiple times to get chicken sandwiches and they give us burgers even after we confirm at the speaker and window that they are chicken sandwiches. Two times now we’ve ordered 6 mozz sticks and only receive 4 or 5 and multiple times have not gotten our sauces (that we are charged for). Rally’s used to be one of our favorite fast food establishments, but with the lack of care in making our orders we’re discouraged from coming here again.

I got food poisoning yesterday after eating at the rally’s here!! This has happened more than once I ordered the bacon burger, beware of eating their burgers or any meat product they serve!! Multiple people in my family have gotten sick after eating here, the customer service was terrible as well!!!

I always have had the best customer service here, great deals which is a steal when you’re low on money. Fresh and hot sandwiches every time even if we have to wait it’s never more than 5 min and they run the food right out to you with a smile on their face. Great people great workplace. 10/10 recommend coming to the cape Girardeau location.

Everytime i order food here it takes forever and a day and I always have food missing or the wrong order. I ordered 3 THINGS!! and one of them was chicken tenders and they weren’t in the bag when i got home. I guess it was my fault that i didn’t check before i left the drive thru but everything should be in the bag anyways. Tired of paying for everything and only getting half of what i paid for. Tried calling the store three times and no one answered. Can never get compensated.

Emily on sprigg was wonderful!!! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but she was patient and kind. I ended up with dry rubbed wings that were absolutely excellent and I cannot complain.I highly recommend.
