I had never got food from here because I live on the other side of town. But I wanted it today so I ordered food at 6:07pm says food will be ready at 6:14. I am told when I get there that there are 2 people ahead of me and they’ll bring the food out. Literally 5 cars drive off with food. I go back to the window and she says “they had a fryer go down and you ordered chicken” finally get my food at 7pm. 7 pm yall. And my chicken was saturated in oil that I couldn’t even eat it. Beyond pissed. I will never go there again, I’d rather drive to Jackson.

I rarely leave reviews, but the Sprigg St. Rally's has once again let me down. I guess I'm crazy for continuing to go back and expecting anything different at this point. Tonight I pulled into an empty drive-thru, ordered, and pulled around like asked. After sitting there for around 13 minutes, I went to the window, and was told to wait a moment. I then see the two girls (who were nice), immediately put together my bag of food which had already been sitting there apparently ready, for who knows how long. The fries and mozzersticks were cold. They offered to drop more, but I had already waited, and at that point was frustrated enough to just leave. Between this, nearly always putting pickles on my sandwiches when I ask for none, and the half raw chicken sandwich my fiancé got, I think we might be done.

Every time we go to this location half of our order is messed up. We’ve gone multiple times to get chicken sandwiches and they give us burgers even after we confirm at the speaker and window that they are chicken sandwiches. Two times now we’ve ordered 6 mozz sticks and only receive 4 or 5 and multiple times have not gotten our sauces (that we are charged for). Rally’s used to be one of our favorite fast food establishments, but with the lack of care in making our orders we’re discouraged from coming here again.
