I have had better service at a McDonald's. 30 min waiting my ticket she o ly came to my table 2 times. All servers was to worried what was going on in the back. Never will be back to this place.

Went today to eat the restaurant was freezing. I asked about if there was a warmer place in the restaurant the response was I could walk around and see if anyplace was warmer this was after repeating my question three times. As a result we left and ate at a different restaurant that knew how to put heat on.
Called spoke with the manager he said someone else complained today and he turned up the heat. The waiter told me to walk around to see if anyplace in restaurant was warmer.
This of course was after waiting in lobby for 5 minutes awaiting to be greeted to be seated. Was an unmanned area. We weren’t the only ones standing around waiting to be treated. 2:30 in afternoon it was relatively empty so can’t use excuse was busy.
I guess I need to wait until July to try going in again. Wasn’t impressed today. Sure miss the good ole days when red lobster was a great place to eat.

Food was as expected, the server was prolly the best, friendliest and nice server I've had anywhere for a long time. My issue was the tartar sauce!! The reason I love, absolutely love Red Lobster is their tartar sauce. I have gone there to buy it by pint many times, it's fantastic. Unfortunately they had some gross stuff that tasted like school lunch room sauce. I know it won't bother anyone, but I certainly won't go there again for that stuff. Please, I implore you get your original sauce back and I will be singing your praises again!!! Again our service was amazing!! I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but I'm confident you know to whom I speak. Cape store Saturday around 3pm.

I came here close to closing time. I was welcomed with a very warm smile and friendly server, Logan. I was overjoyed when he was able to serve us pleasantly. He was fun to talk to and very attentive. The food was excellent, and our server perfect. I couldn't have had a better experience.

My family met Oct.29 at the Red Lobster in Cape Girardeau after funeral services for our mother. We had almost twenty in our group! Michael was assigned as our waiter. He was most efficient and pleasant to work with. He even took our group picture after we finished dining. The food and service was very good. Michael was everything we could have hoped for as a waiter. Very attentive but not too obtrusive.
