Rosati's Pizza

My first time here and will definitely come back! Chicago style pizza, friendly staff and had the Cubs game on.

I never heard of Rosati's until they opened in Cape, even though I was born & grew up on the south side of Chicago. But I will say I do enjoy their thin crust pepperoni pizza. Not a fan of the thicker crust. Too much bread & not enough sauce in my opinion. But I'm so happy the toned down the salt flavor.

My past deliveries were fine until today. Not sure what happened to the cheese fries we ordered. It got to us in a clump with 85% of the hardened cheese at the bottom, a bunch of the top sides & middle was burnt. Tried to eat some but it wasn't good at all. I would of rather had day old McDonald's fries & a slice of craft cheese. However the 16in pepperoni thin cust was perfect except is was a bit short on the sauce. The garlic cheese bread was also great.

I'll never waste my money on their cheese fries every again, but Rosati's will still be in my top 5 local pizza places.

The beer wall is really cool and the food is amazing. Their chicken wings are possibly the best I’ve ever had.

Just ordered evidently Facebook is where you should be able to order from. Because I have ordered from them on a regular basis numerous times and have always been a huge tipper. And spent a lot of money there. This order was small only about a hundred bucks so no big deal but the problem is I didn’t order before 645 it was like 650 ok……… called and cancelled my order after placing and charging my card on the app. And it was explained to me that they were closing early tonight and it was posted on Facebook sooooo!!!! Try putting your updated hours on the app!! This really bums me out I have talked them up tons of times and love there food and I support them not any more I have literally spent thousands there in the last year alone!! Not anymore!

Old pizza sitting out to select from and when I asked for fresh pizza I was told the other pizza is already out there. All three pizzas on the buffet were the same. Arrived with my 3 kids and waited 45 minutes for a peperoni pizza that finally came out at 1:55pm and was told that would be the last pizza put out. Employee sarcastically walked by our table with the pizza in hand saying pizza pizza while shaking it back and forth like we were dogs waiting to be fed. Half the time we sat at our table with empty plates waiting for anything to be put out on the buffet. No dessert ever put out and when the waitress asked if we needed anything I told her dessert would be nice. She said we normally have some kind of cookie pizza which my son said I wants some cookies. She responded with sorry and walked away from the table. Disappointed dose not begin to describe experience

Was the little dim inside as far as lights go made me feel like I was in a dive bar, it was a little depressing. The service though was really good considering how dead it was on the inside. Very attentive and caring

I got a Chicago style deep dish pizza.
Compared to other places this chicago-style has a little bit more bread on the bottom. And doesn't actually have a top thin layer of bread like you would find at Giordano's or other places in Chicago, they put the sauce right on top of the cheese mix.
The cheese was very stringy but had a slight twang to it, the sauce was the best part of the pizza A Plus on the sauce but way too much bread to be a Chicago style. Also it couldn't hold its shape at all......

As far as chicago-style pizza 7/10
As far as a pizza place 8 out of 10 the regular pizzas taste better than the Chicago was very disappointed in that respect

Wouldn’t fully recommend had a few times in the past and the servers were crabby. Then recently I used a coupon for a pick up and they charged me $10 extra on my card but on the receipt was a different price. Talked to Jason the manager and he said he was going to fix it. Then he called back and I tried to go in and straighten it out. But he wasn’t there so I left a message and never was contacted back and never was refunded. Wouldn’t recommend there’s a lot better non chain pizza restaurants in town to support.

I ordered carryout and they said it would be 25 mins. I was a few mins late when I picked it up and they had my order just sitting on the counter behind the register. I wish they would have a warmer or something to put the pick up orders in. My food was great even though it wasn't as hot as I would like it. Also I ordered the dough nuggets as I have in the past and when I got home there was no marinara sauce in the box or bag. That was a bit disappointing. But I will definitely be back. The food is excellent.

They were VERY slow!!!!!!!! They were all polite just very slow service

They were not busy at all- but waited a long time (as did others) to be noticed and seated.
When food arrived, the pizza was luke warm, but sub was hot; my friend enjoyed his plate. Waitress offered and noticed we needed refills but they never arrived. Then later came back to say “need a refill?” after we sat empty-cupped the entire meal with no one checking in. Remember, they’re not busy, so not sure where they go hide. I also noted other customers seeming annoyed by the lack of service.

Closing the tab: I paid with a card, but my friend who paid cash was shorted some of his change - bills only. Finding it distasteful to keep the change for herself, we did not tip.

Where are all of your servers? We waited for someone to seat us for 7 mins. Not because they're busy at all, but because EVERYONE was in the kitchen. Been here waiting for our garlic bread with cheese for 25 mins now. Have only seen our server once, 10 mins ago, to tell us our Garlic bread was next to come out....still nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The only spot in Cape Girardeau that serves up a deep dish pizza. If you order one ask for tripple what ever your choice of meat.
Is there pizza better than Chicago? I would say yes for some but this is not your top tier bite your fingers fight over the last piece good. It's just a good deep dish.
