Sweetest staff! Quick and kind. Always appreciate their sweet smiles.

Some of the things Scooter's is non for is their coffee and a delicous chocalate chip cookies slightly over priced but good. They have discontinued that cookies and replaced it with some mini cookies that comes off being generic not good at all.

I made a mobile app order for the wrong location and when I went to this location, they had no way to refund me as well as no free drink coupons. It is impossible to get in touch with a supervisor to get a refund.

I LOVE Scooters and the people that work there. genuinely some of the nicest and sweetest people there! And coffee is great too! haha

The teams at Vandersmith locations are great! Appreciate the team at this location for their great service whenever I go through, and the owners are amazing at supporting community causes. They help support us at Scout Volunteer Meetings with coffee and create great opportunities to support various community organizations through their drive throughs.

This was a great experience. The barista who assisted me was patient..the billboard indicated candy land, but didn't explain what. He explained well, but it would have been helpful to have the different options listed on the menu outside. Either way, the peppermint mocha was delicious and the cup is cute. 11-21-24

Great coffee and usually staff but today was awful.. I witnessed a woman unsure of what her position or name is, but a blonde woman in her 20s with glasses heavier set, screaming at her coworkers! Treating them like they were scum!
I am convinced this woman does not need to work with the public if she doesn’t even have compassion for her coworkers! I love the coffee but the atmosphere was hostile today and I won’t be back anymore.

Umm, whoever created the "blended" option needs some MAJOR LOVE! First it's Expreso ! Second SUGAR FREE is available! Yes you can select how much caffeine you want in any beverage! I've had every one on the menu and my go to is a large blended sugar free Galaxy with 3 extra shots. I've had very few problems with the APP. I find it helpful to pay, tip, and keeps track of my rewards (which earn me a free drink up to $9 a week). They support my favorite radio station KHIS as well as the community.
