They don't update there app and took money from my account and wouldn't make the drinks** they did fix what happened but could have been avoided if the times would have been updated as well. They fixed the problem quickly and was very understanding

Since the fall flavors started, I was excited to be able to again order the Carmel apple smoothie- despite it not being put back on the menu this year, they will gladly still make it and todays- was incredible. Usually they make it as a smoothie and it's got a lovely green color- today, they must've known I was doing some frustrating errands and made it as kind of a mix between a smoothie and a blender so it was like a frozen apple cider coffee and was phenomenal. Love every order I've made at this location.

I use both your Kings Highway and your William Street location this week. I have used your William Street location three times. I would say first and foremost DO NOT SUBSTITUTE SUGAR FREE SYRUP WITHOUT DISCLOSING IT TO YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!! I say this, as I sit here very ill with a headache for people who cannot do sugar-free this is poisonous to them. If you’re out of something do not substitute without telling the customer this is very dangerous.!!! Other than that, I would say you guys just need to get on board and follow your standard procedures so that your drinks taste the same at each location. A simple product like a basic vanilla latte does not taste the same at one location as it does the other. I enjoy scooters, but this has been an issue, especially that this will cause me several days down and sick because you did not want to disclose that you were out of vanilla syrup and use sugar-free instead. A coffee drink is the price of a meal now and I’d like to get what I pay for consistently thank you
