Please just give me my Groovy sauce, every time I come here I buy groovy sauce and maybe one every three times I actually get groovy sauce. I love the sauce just give me my sauce please.

Would leave zero stars, but I’m unable to do that. I refuse to order from this place, but sometimes my wife wants me to I order on the app. I show up less than five minutes after I placed my order. I check in and sit here for 25 minutes as I watch all these people pull up after me and get their food so finally, I ask a car hop. Hey what’s going on with my order? I’ve been sitting here for almost 25 minutes. She Goes inside, comes out with a bag and a drink starts to hand me the drink I say I did not order a drink. She then hand me the bag. I look at the receipt on the bag. OK cool that’s what I ordered only to get home and find out half my order is missing. I live less than two minutes from the store. So I drive back. I go into the store and am immediately confronted by a man who tells me I need to step outside as I reply I need to speak to a manager. He pretends to act as if he is the manager himself so we step outside? I explained to him what the issue is and then I was not happy and that I would like my entire order remade because by the time he fixes what is wrong and I get back home, everything will be cold he proceeds to tell me that he’s not going to remake my order but will make the Items that they forgot. I get back in my car in about 10 minutes later the same gentlemen brings me my items. I tell him thank you and he goes yeah whatever. At this point, I tell him he can kick rocks in a nut so polite Way at this point the same girl that brought me my food was walking by as he is mouthing to me I ask her is that the manager she goes no I am. She immediately tells him to stop what he’s doing asked me to wait and the store is only saving grace is that she offered me a gift card. I don’t normally go to sonic but my wife likes it so I was mainly picking up food for her and it was her food that was missing so kudos to the manager girl in glasses but as far as the other employee well I hope you have the day that you deserve dude.

If you have a guilty pleasure and want something quick try the chili cheese dog, peppers and a strawberry limeade. The limeade quenches your thirst on a warm fall day. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast for a drive up. My only complaint is the old grease needing to be changed giving my peppers a burnt taste.

Overall good service. The food was hot. No offers for sauce for the chicken bites I ordered. Communication was a bit choppy through the speaker, but still got my order correct. The screen came up to offer a tip with a count down. I had to wait out the timer because there wasn't anything to click on, on the screen. Just the tip question.

This location consistently gets orders wrong or serves old food, and the carhops almost always have some kind of attitude. The last time I got food from there, I used the app and checked in when I got to the restaurant. 10 or 11 minutes later, I called the restaurant to see why I hadn't gotten my food. The carhop bringing my food out answered and was very rude, telling me "I'm coming now, I got your food, you're good" When I got our food, the only things correct and decent quality were the drinks, multiple items were old or almost burnt, and some items were not made correctly either. Their management seems to come and go through a revolving door. Every time I give the restaurant another chance and there is an issue, I get to talk to a new manager

If I could give negative stars for food I would. They garlic butter burger looked and tasted like the garlic butter was just put on the wrapping and not the burger, the cheese burger was missing pickles, all of the food tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a few hours definitely not fresh. The hot dog was dried out, the tots and fried pickles were soggy. We ordered a large dr pepper float and a large rootbeer shake, person taking the order couldn't find how to add the drinks to our combos put it in as a different drink that tastes like old milk.
