If I could give negative stars for food I would. They garlic butter burger looked and tasted like the garlic butter was just put on the wrapping and not the burger, the cheese burger was missing pickles, all of the food tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer for a few hours definitely not fresh. The hot dog was dried out, the tots and fried pickles were soggy. We ordered a large dr pepper float and a large rootbeer shake, person taking the order couldn't find how to add the drinks to our combos put it in as a different drink that tastes like old milk.

Sandwiches were cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. I asked for mustard only no mustard I said something and the guy handed me some mustard packs

My fiance waited over an hour for our food which was just a couple burgers, only to be told split payments aren't allowed. So you can't ring it up as two different things then? Just a waste of time

I'm a door dasher. So I was picking up a order and the guy brought it out to me and went to walk away. I ask oh cam I have the receipt. He said "We don't give out our receipts to customers."
Really??? When did that start? Luckily he didn't let me take the picture that I needed for my app in order to continue on to deliver that order. But I never heard of such things anybody else. That's why I gave it only at three star and everything else was five star

Would give less than 1 if I could. Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with no more than 2 cars in the stalls and was completely ignored. While I watched employees wander around outside smoking and playing on their phones. Ended up leaving since they don’t care about my business. No wonder they hardly have business

The young man manager goes out of his way to screw up an order everytime we are there. Probably won’t be back to this location. Always have a stomach ache after eating there

I think the fryer oil, needs to be changed more frequently? The crinkle frys are a great addition to the menu along with the quest dip. However the taste is all the way off with the fryer grease, and i'd imagine that extends to all fried items?Staff is great fast and friendly quick greetings so no qualms there. However the outside could use some sort of upgrade a number of the outside drive up kiosk weren't working properly. In all I enjoy my visit nothing negative to say, no reason why I wouldn't likely return. They still get the job, done and it's a great place to visit

It’s a good place to eat unless you need ur order fixed. Went here with friends a few weeks back and asked for a blue ocean slushy with nerds and he gave me some clear slushy then was rude when we asked what it was exactly.. he said oh let me fix that and took it back and added a squirt of blue flavoring, some red flavoring, no nerds. We then asked for his manager and said he was the “manager” and went back inside slamming the door. Went there again today and had to repeat our order to him like 10 times before he got it because he was just adding things. I came home and open my food to find a pretzel w no salt.. like come on. Do better.

Ordered the easiest thing you possibly could. 32 oz cherry limeade 32 oz water with lime. It took 20 minutes. I had to remind them of my order three times.
