The general manager and district manager are the nicest souls. I’ve had issues for 2 years now with my coffee, and corporate is the main root. I call corporate and ask for the district manager to call me back, I waited 2 years and finally I saw him in the store one morning. Our conversation was great, he never heard anything from corporate at all so he was very sorry. The girls that work here have big egos, so if you don’t get in with the DM your drink will probably never get made correctly. Shout out to the DM and GM, they deserve better baristas 🫶🏻

I come to this Starbucks almost every other weekend and during the week. For a long time your order was wrong or a long wait but I still came back. I draw the line when the staff takes the order of customer and decided that her order deserves for the staff to go on the speaker at the drive thru and laugh in her face!!!!! You don't know what is going on in that person's life and let me tell you, your actions from your staff were so unprofessional that you have lost loyal customer's.

Employees are very rude and don't speak always a long wait with no one telling you how long it will be on your order. It's no better when the manager with the mask on his face is there, he is as rude as the employees he hired.

We waited in the driver thru for over 10 minutes, we asked for two tall Carmel Ribbon Crunch’s we only received one of them and the lady said she only heard one while the person ordering repeated herself twice. As we were waiting in line after five minutes we said “hello we’re ready” and they said “ give me a minute” after 10 minutes plus they finally asked us what we wanted and didn’t give us everything we ordered.
Ordered a refresher and a croissant and Waited 25 minutes. Finally got the refresher but the croissant was still not ready so ended up leaving it as we had a tournament to get to. Not organized. Not fast. Workers were dismissive when asking for updates on order.

Understand staffing may be challenging on a holiday, but service took 25 min for in store service while they prioritized drive thru. Even when asked about the status of the order, staff was dismissive and displayed less than ideal attitude toward the customer.

I ordered a ginger bread oat milk chai last week the lady handed it to me and it looked like water. She remade this drink 3 times for it to not only look like water but not even like the photo and refused to refund me. How do you not know how to make a holiday drink. The photo is right on the menu! Then she asked me how to make it. I gave up!

Very slow. I understand that they were busy, but honestly 20 minutes in the drive through. A simple "Sorry for the delay" goes a long way. Even if you don't mean it, it's good business to say it.
Awful customer service. Everytime I come I always wait forever for my stuff and watch everyone else who came in after me get their stuff and leave. Its always at least a 20-30 minute wait just for a cheese danish while everyone walks out with theirs and I'm tired of it. I'll see the workers walking around laughing and not doing anything while I'm still waiting on my stuff and it feels like a slap in the face.

Nightmare. Slow service by zombie employees. I ordered on the app on a weekday afternoon and went inside. A few customers ahead of me received their orders. It looked like three cars were receiving orders for every one inside customer. I waited and waited. Finally, after standing there 20 minutes, I said to the nearest employee, "Either you start my order next or else I am going to block the drive-through exit with my car." It took another 5 minutes of waiting but I finally received my two-drink order.
