This was my first time at this Starbucks, and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but it had absolutely no flavor at all. It wasn’t sweet and tasted nothing like what it should. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for on my first visit.

Dawg they have messed my drink up every time i go... I dont even get anything crazy just basic drinks off the menu. Just go to target or the semo star bucks.

Perfect place to grab summer drinks with my girlfriends!!! Sometimes I feel bad ordering when the barista’s are super busy and dealing with Karen’s all the time. But they always have a smile on their face!

Awful. I ordered something online thinking it wouldn’t get started until I got there because it said 7-15 minutes so I put in the order and 2 mins later it said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I asked if it had been sitting there and they said yes it had been sitting there for 15 minutes ago when I ordered it. I asked if they could remake it because usually when I order something or pick up it is not started until I get there to pick it up. The lady flat outside no. I explain I did not want a Frappuccino that was supposed to be frozen to be liquid. She was quiet for a long second and said pull around to the window and we will try to remake it. When I pull around to the window, she gives me the cup and it is melted and has condensation on it. I said this looks like it has been sitting and she said no but we will remake it. It also had drizzle on it and I ordered it without drizzle. She said we will remake it. She took it in. I heard the blender going and she gave it back to me and as I was driving away, I realized it had a big old chunks of ice in it, and it had whipped cream and Drizzle at the bottom, meaning she just dumped it in a cup took a little bit of it, blended it with the ice and put it in the cup and put more whipped cream and drizzle on top. I will not be going back.. I am very disappointed. I probably will not be returning to this location. I ended up going to the one in the mall right after throwing this one away.

Super friendly and good food! The new blueberry raspberry thing was gross but just because I didn’t like it doesn’t mean people don’t. I with they set the orders together though when you go in instead of the scavenger hunt for which one is yours.

Coffee and the ambience was great But it’s was bit cold inside, i suppose every starbucks runs their AC extra cold.
If you feel like being ignored while standing at the register ready to order for 10 mins while 7 employees (who saw me) stood around working this is the place for you. They were each working at their stations and I understand that, but recognizing a customer and a simple “we’ll be right with you” is customer service 101.
