Our Steak'n Shake's closed in West St Louis county. We were driving back from a trip and stopped in. I didn't like how you use the machines to order your food! Thankfully, a young lady that works there helped me order our food.

Ordered for take out and the old woman at the window was very rude. Fries were cold and just dumped into the bag. I politely asked the old lady for a spoon, and she responded “I only have two hands”. WILL NOT BE COMING
