They got my whole order wrong and this ain't the first time

ive been coming here for the last 2 months and the service here is TERRIBLE!!!!! Why have a drive thru if no one is going to service it?? I’ll sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order just for them to never take it. (I’m the only person in line) So I have to pull up to the window and they usually see me there. But today I went up to the window and they are sitting in there washing meat. Completely ignoring me I sat at the drive thru for another 10 minutes until they noticed me and they hadn’t even made my order yet and it was placed thru the app.

Conner, Mackenzie, and Kyle were awesome! The store was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing! Would highly recommend going to this subway in cape!

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with NO SERVICE. placed an online order and showed staff the receipt and they refused to comp my order because they had an issue with their system. STAFF AND SERVICE SUCKS

I don't come here often but the service was fantastic and the restaurant was clean! The sandwich was well made based on my mobile order and it didn't take long to recieve it!

The store was very busy with online and call in orders but that didn't seem to slow them down. They were quick to take care of me and my family and made our order quickly and correctly! The bread was very fresh. We definitely enjoyed our experience and will be back!

They were super busy between online orders, drive thru and inside orders. But they steady kept at it until all the orders were made. And the food was DELICIOUS ?

Placed order over phone, lady repeated my order for three subs so I thought they would be correct, none of the subs were toasted as ordered, also no cheese was on orders which were paid for, no oils or seasoning per requests. I want be offering again. I know it was about 25 minutes before closing time my food should have been prepared as I asked and paid for. OMG what a waste of my time and money
I ordered two footlong sandwiches and both were made incorrectly. Instead of correcting their mistake I was told i had to throw away the 22 dollars i spent because they were not going to replace the food. I was promptly informed that "thats the way they came" so they wouldnt fix it. I would not even give them one star except for the fact that you have to to leave this note for others who care. With Grocery prices the way they are today this is unconcionable. Especially after having informed them that I am a disabled 50 year old woman who has a bare minimum budjet. I will NEVER use Subway again. Frustrated in Cape

I went to go to Subway to order my usual I came across a different staff which was not showing pleasant customer service so I still went on ahead and ordered my sandwich as the lady was fixing my sandwich she took her hand and she had rubbed her nose at this point I was disgusted I have posted and told her that I work in food service and I get that you have gloves on but still you are touching my food and I don't want the sandwich she looked at me strange and she said well I can just change my gloves I said but the germs from your face is on my food she still look like she had an attitude so I said you know what don't worry about that I said I was just getting a drink the woman walked off while I was talking and went to the back very unprofessional an not clean that is not a good look for Subway when your staff can do that to customers her name is Danny I guess that's the name that she gave me management may not be in for a few days
