I ordered online. When I went to pick up the order, the "toasted" sandwiches were lukewarm. I had also ordered 2 of the footlong pretzels, and was told they were out. Then they told me they could not give me a credit for them because it was done thru the app. I asked what they planned to do to compensate me and they said it was out of their hands. I will NEVER go back there. Any establishment that argues about a $6 food credit isn't worth patronizing!!!

Subway, I regret to say, recently left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. As a loyal customer for many years, my recent visit to one of their outlets was a major letdown. Here's why I won't be returning anytime soon.First and foremost, the cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal. The floors were sticky, tables were dirty, and the condiment station was a complete disaster zone. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff on that day.But the issues didn't stop there. The service was incredibly slow, with only one staff member manning the entire counter. This resulted in a long line of frustrated customers, all of whom were waiting far too long for their sandwiches. When it was finally my turn, the employee seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about preparing my order. It was as though they were going through the motions without any care for quality or customer satisfaction.Speaking of my sandwich, it was a complete disappointment. The bread was stale and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The vegetables were wilted and looked far from fresh. Even the condiments lacked their usual flavor and zest. It was a far cry from the delicious and customizable sandwiches I had come to expect from Subway. To add insult to injury, the prices at this particular Subway location were noticeably higher than those at other nearby sandwich shops. I couldn't help but feel like I was being taken advantage of for an inferior product and service. In the end, my visit to Subway left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. It's disappointing to witness such a decline in quality and customer service from a brand that I once held in high regard. I'll be exploring other dining options in the future, as I have lost faith in Subway's ability to provide a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

I have come to a very disappointing conclusion from my experience at the University Subway. The moment I walked in I had never been so amazed that a Subway line can be so long that I can't even see the end of the line. Meanwhile, you can see 4 staff members standing there clueless about what to do. I waited for about 35 minutes for some "Fast food"; there wasn't anything fast about it. By then I got to the front of the line there was this lady who had short-term memory loss. She asked me about 5 times what cheese I wanted. Whenever the other employee went to fold my sandwich she carelessly folded my sandwich, while my friend and I looked at each other because of our disappointment. By the time I got to open my Subway sandwich it all fell apart. Do NOT ever go to this subway location.

I go here often as I am a SEMO student. The staff is friendly but the biggest problem I have is I’ll ask for a lot of green peppers an onions on my sandwich and the lady doing it is about 5’9 and has an Afro gives me a dirty look every time and then puts barely any green peppers and onions on it. This is the first time I’ve had a problem because everyone else who does the vegetables puts the right amount when I ask for a lot and she just gives me a dirty look and barely puts anything on it. Very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be getting sandwiches here if she’s working vegetables. She even told the lady at the register that my Turkey Italiano was a different kind of sandwich that I don’t ever get. Everyone else that works there is super friendly and asks how’s my day and is super friendly. Don’t understand why she is always giving me dirty looks and not respecting the fact I want a lot of green peppers and onions on MY sandwiches.

Just watched the staff serve over 30 students. Not once did they change out the utensils they used to cut the sandwiches in between customers, nor did they change their gloves. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location unless you want to taste pork(bacon) on your sandwich even though you don’t eat it. Cross contamination is high at this location.

Long lines but it is subway

Terrible service, usually only one line is open, so if you come here, prepare to wait 30 or more minutes. It makes more sense to go to the off campus subway 5 minutes down the road. The people who work here are some of the dullest individuals around, they'll cook your sandwich when you want it cold, confuse chipotle and mayo, put 2 slices of meat on a sandwich, anything that can go wrong, will.

My friend is a vegan and she always critized for getting a veggie sandwich and was told she should just "get a salad" maybe they should mind their own damn business and be glad that students are eating something.

I like the Flatbread but I wish they would remind me that they also have whole wheat flatbread instead of assume the other one. I really like being able to pile on the veggies. Good value if you are just getting the sandwiches.
