Past few times I’ve placed an online order it’s taken forever today it took 45 minutes and there was 6 other tickets behind too. Employees are more concerned about drinking juice talking and playing games with another. Will no longer be supporting

They was in a little rush and me and my fiance was standing there for 15 minutes finally get waited on just for them to skimp our sandwich’s and then for them to be freezing cold and I called and called and nobody answered! I want a refund because this is outrageous and ridiculous DO NOT EAT FROM HERE BECAUSE YOUR FOOD WILL BE Freezing COLD

I submitted this to the corporate office online as well. I ordered online and put the time for it to be finished by 10 am. I arrived at 10:30am, because I was delayed, to find my 3 sandwiches sitting on the counter waiting to be wrapped up while the guy, Will, was making another order for a guest. He should've finished wrapping up my order BEFORE starting on hers.
Will used his left forearm to wipe his nose while making this woman's order and used that same arm to reach over my sandwiches for toppings for her order!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I said something!!!! I was so disgusted watching him reach over my sandwiches with the arm he just used to wipe his nose!!!!!! UGH!!!!! I drove into town just for my order, and now I'm afraid to even eat it after seeing what he did in front of customers!!!!
I'm horrified and disgusted. All he had to do was let the woman know he was finishing up an online order, wrap my food, bag it, and put it in the holding area, and I would not be so angry!!!! But he chose to leave my food on the counter, open faced, while he wiped his nose with his forearm, then proceeded to reach over my food with that same arm!!!!!
The food was given to my dogs because I just want to vomit at the thought of what I witnessed with my own 2 eyes!!!!! Also, he didn't toast the 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted, the Philly cheese steak and the tuna!!!!!

I ordered a salad and got half of a salad. If I am paying 8.69 I would at least like for my bowl to be over half full.
Legal Theft. I went to tap and pay and it selected a tip and processed my payment. My card activated one of the tip selections. Be careful while paying or you will literally be stolen from.

Waited patiently in a long line to add a couple pretzels to an app order just to get skipped not once not twice but 3 times. They seemed unaware their line had stopped moving so I politely said something and even tried to laugh the over sight off. Instead of an apology or even a polite smile the older woman very rudely said "yeah well I didn't see you" and rolled her eyes. Then they didn't want to give us the pretzels separately even though they were both ordered and paid for separately. Then the app order was 20 minutes late. Even my kids picked up on the lack of manners and rude service. Will not be going back.

Kristina was very polite and welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door!! She was very quick to take my order and quick to make it as well!! She was very sweet and made it a very enjoyable experience!!!! 10/10 highly recommended
