Ordered 6 inch Italian BMT and light on the mustard. Mustard was all over the place and dripping off the sandwich and the bread was so hard that I couldn’t bite into it. Shame on you!!

The girl that worked tonight, February 14th, 2025 didn't listen to us, forgot one of our pretzels, didn't ask us if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, caked lettuce on my sandwich when I asked for little lettuce, put barely any salt on our pretzels, and had an earbud in her ear so we had to keep repeating ourselves.

Customer service was insane because of the constant slamming things down like a toddler and rolling her eyes because she had to do the job she signed up to do. It’s astonishing that people apply for jobs they know they will hate especially in the food industry when people are coming to you for a good and friendly experience while getting something to eat. It is clear that management is not involved with this store whatsoever.
Whenever I came in, I was super polite to her expecting her to be polite also. She instantly was rolling her eyes and throwing things down. Did not smile once, looked annoyed, monotone, and did not even seem as if she wanted to work there. As a customer, I am paying her, not very happy! Will not come back.

We came to subway at 2:45pm on Sunday October 6,2024 and the gentleman were absolutely wonderful best costumer service we’ve ever had at a subway and we go every week basically. Im pregnant and when I selected more on the toppings he understood the assignment we will be leaving him a tip next time we see him!! Thank you for making my day ❤️

As it was dinner time, it started to get a tad busy behind my girlfriend and I. Hannah who was working, rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath while more customers walked in. I guess she doesn’t know customers pay her bills! Awful customer service on her part.

Ordered online, they called and said they were out of salami and pepperoni, which is fine, switched the order to steak and cheese, had another sandwich, turkey.. get there to pick it up and they do not have turkey either. Not sure why it was not mentioned when they called originally, ended up canceling my whole order.

Every time we mobile order here it's wrong. Two completely different sandwiches and they were on opposite breads (my order on my husbands breading and vice versa). Sandwiches also weren't toasted like I asked, and there was literally 3 banana peppers on one half of the sandwich. Always a disappointment.

3 Mobile orders and they never get it right. Ask for double meat on the Titan and there’s always maybe 3 slices. Never look at my notes or toast subs when asked.

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at subway! Personal shout out to the young man with curly brown hair that helped me. Very friendly and went above and beyond to give good customer service. He even checked to see how my food was after I started eating! Makes me so happy to see a young person give such great service. I visit this location more than other locations in the country, and most recently I came by to grab my usual and a young lady named Ariel helped me, she was professional and had a good sense of humor. My bread was fresh, I had to ask for the lettuce on my left, the lettuce on my right looked a bit old and soggy, but we got there.I told her I would do the survey but the website given on the receipt is no longer operating, so I figured I could help out by posting here instead.If you're in Cape Girardeau, MO and you want subway, go here. Don't go to Broadway. Don't go to Sprigg or wherever.Drive the extra 5 miles for a good experience. You'll be glad you did.
