10/10 placed a order for pick up, I rolled into the parking lot 3 mins maybe 5 later & it was packed, drive thru full to the road & I was prepared to wait for a while, but they had me ready and out the door as soon as I walked in, my order was made completely correct with several mods and it was delicious. Great team you have!

3 employes where out side smoking with a line all the way to the highway then they where standing in the lobby talking be for they whent back behind counter to make food girl at window was more worried about her phone then doing her job

I went to taco bell before lunch and on my way i saw an elderly man with a sign with one word. HUNGRY. I asked the kind girl at the window if they would like to help me provide him with a meal. The gave me, at boo charge, a full bag of food with a giant cup of water. I brought it to him and he was very thankful. We need more places to be a kind as taco bell (located on Kingshighway in cape girardeau). Thank you taco bell for the contribution of a free meal for the elderly man asking for food!!!!

I'm grateful to the kitchen staff for correcting a small mistake with my order today. I received the wrong menu item and was promptly given the correct item plus a convenient coupon which is appreciated. This was during the lunch rush, and I understand little mishaps can and do occur when the orders start flying. Much obliged to the Taco Bell team for helping me out in the midst of the fast-paced environment, they handled it well!

I ordered the $6 beef grande nachos and it was amazing! I was able to feed 3 people for less than $20. Keyshia at the drive-thru was extremely friendly and good at her job.

They literally gave me close to no cheese or beef on both of my nachos. Here's a photo. Stay clear.

My 3rd order in a row that was missing something. I called and was told that it's Uber Eats fault because they delivered it. Uber Eats didn't make my mexican pizza and they didn't forget the sour cream that I paid for.
