Just picked up our order and it's wrong, again. Should have 4 cheese cups but only one in the bag. Chicken quesadilla had barely enough filling for one slice. Tired of this kind of service...

Waited in line for 2 hours, only 3 cars have moved, this is the worst taco bell I've ever been too and I can't even leave cause I'm not even the one driving. I am very disappointed and upset and hungry.

I guess they don't care about drive times or accuracy here. Waited a good 30 minutes in the drive thru AFTER placing my order, and then they forgot two things. Went back anyway like a dipsh!t, waited EVEN LONGER, I'm not kidding you, I was in the drive thru 55 minutes before getting the wrong food yet again! I'm not going to Taco Bell at all anymore. Thanks.

Every time I come the food is lukewarm. There was one other customer in the store. There is no reason to serve lukewarm food. The prices are so outrageous, way outrageous for such lukewarm food. Husband said quesadilla could use more cheese. I do love their potato oles, but it would be nice to get them hot and fresh. The restaurant in my hometown was fantastic. Have they all gone downhill?

Walker was the young man's name that put my order together and he was nothing but perfect customer service. Taco Bell is lucky to have a young man with his Customer Service skills working for them. My food was perfect for the time of night, right before they closed.
This place absolutely sucks. The drive through line is 20 minutes just to get a half portion and no fork. Too many mistakes to keep trying to give them chances

Always hits when you need a good blow out!! Food was good, service was quick, and employee at the window was friendly. Its Taco Bell we all love them
Just spent 45 min in drive thru. Last order I placed was on line and waited 30 min in lobby after waiting 15 min after the order was placed to show up. 90 minutes of my life waiting on Taco Bell for two orders. I got 2 free soft shell tacos. Sorry my time is worth more than 2 free tacos. Do better please. My Mexican pizza wasn’t cut and the chalupa want toasted properly. Had to rush back to work and just threw out my meal cause I didn’t have time to eat it. Thanks a bunch.
