They changed the Chicken Power Bowl to some fancy schmancy texmex name now and changed the salad dressing.Drive thru was incredibly slow, as was the last time I was there.The outside area was kinda dirty and needs a good sweep and cleaning - everywhere.

I ordered food last night n it was terrible. I got meal for two n the crunch wraps barely had meat on em tacos had barely anything the beefy 5 layer burritos were bean burritos only thing that was good was the 3 Dorito loco tacos. Door dash delivery was awesome food was hot so I give dude a ten but taco bell I only give one I wasted $32 won't happen again

I went through the drive thru initially and my order was specialized. An item ordered dairy free and three vegetarian items. My items weren't labeled and I couldn't risk giving food allergy items to my kids so I went inside to ask for some help. The young man at the front counter handled the situation so PERFECTLY the he revitalized my faith in work ethic in today's world... Mithales in the Cape Girardeau store on Kings highway is the BEST representative you could have for your company!!! If all employees were like this guy I'd eat Taco Bell a lot more often. Give this man a RAISE for making your whole Cape Girardeau store look good!!! He was extremely polite and helpful and worked very quickly to resolve my problem! ?Brian

I eat lunch here every day if not every day every other day because it’s close to my job and Misha is the only one who gets my order right spot on every day knows my name And always delivers my food with a smile. I absolutely love this lady she needs a raise.

Food is usually pretty accurate to what you order I've barely rarely have had them forget an item besides sauce, they always seem to forget sauce or silverwareVegetarian options: Options are more open on the app but some things on the menu in drive thru or inside replace the meat with black beansParking: Plenty of parking in lot just if the line is busy or wrapped around the building then you have to be careful backing out cuz some parking is close to insides exit so you don't back into anybodyKid-friendliness: Kid friendly options such as fiesta potato's, tacos, & cheese roll ups but I feel there could be more options
