Went into the lobby to order and the place was filthy. they said I had to use the self-service kiosk but I couldn't even find the products that I wanted on it, I really don't want to go in there and have to do their job, not sure why someone could not take my order. There was a mildew odor. Decided to go through the drive-thru. An even stronger mildew odor came through the drive through window. From what I could see of the floor behind the cashier it was filthy and had napkins and trash strown everywhere. In spite of all those red flags I ordered and ate my food. Didn't taste too bad but literally the next morning I crapped my drawers before I can get to the bathroom. This is not a joke this is 100% honest review. No hate on Taco Bell as a whole but y'all got to step up your game over there. 🫤

This restaurant needs a good cleaning. We were there today and all the tables were nasty and sticky. The floor was the same way. We were there at 1145 am so it was obvious the place had not been cleaned the night before. Or maybe for a couple days. Also, the staff simply refused to take our order at the counter. They directed us to a kiosk by the door. Annoying but not a huge deal with us. But an elderly lady followed us in. She tried to order at the counter. Staff directed her to the kiosk. She had a hard time with it. In summary, I have eaten at many Taco Bells. This one was the worst

This place does not treat young teens very well, they mess up their orders and give them the wrong food every time. They need a better supervisor or owner. Somebody who is responsible and will hire and train better, more hospitable employees.

I was Very Disappointed!!!!! My order was 4 Burrito Supreme and 6 tacos. The burritos were the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted!!!! The tortillas were hard, the one I ate wasn't a burrito supreme at all but it was a bean burrito!!!!! The entire order was $40.00 and I ended up with a bean burrito!!!! I will Never go back!!!!!!

Had horrible service. Walked in with my 2 kids to an empty restaurant. All the tables were dirty, waited 15 minutes before they even started making my food.
2025 update: I have ordered from here a few times since posting my original review. They screw up my order literally every time I come through, including today. Clearly corporate doesn't care how bad this restaurant gets.

Tried calling asking if something was out or not got hung up on. Such rude people that work for you!!!
Requires you to use a screen to order. Stated there is no one that ring up an order at the counter anymore. Took 10 minutes to figure out the screen for our order with no help around. When order was done the screen crashed. The worker came and said “yea it crashes all the time” and then just walks away shaking her head no when asked if we could please just order at the counter. Food came out cold.

We just went through drive through but wasn't a long line especially since it was close 2 every1 start gettin off work. The lady @ drive through was very pleasant & patient & when ya got 2 window she was really friendly & didn't mind 2 give ya Xtra Taco sauce lol. Sum employees think ya can eat 12 tacos with only 5 sauce packets😆😆. Didn't have 2 wait @ window 2 long & tacos had plenty of filling on inside😀hopefully this helps a few people😊
