I don’t like the new kiosk system. At least at McDonald’s they’ll wait on you if you go to the counter. & I damn sure don’t like having to wipe off my own table before sitting down. My advice stop depending so much on technology.

We got there and looked at the door to see dine in hours and couldn't find any. We walked in and a dude came up and told us politely that the lobby was closed ( it was a little before 9pm) and he hasn't locked the doors yet. I look it up on Google and there isn't even any dine in hours on Google. So we go through the drive thru, order our food and get home. We the food was awful. I had 2 chicken challupas and the shells were really really hard, like they were old, been left out for a while or something. We got 2 orders of nacho fries and they were really crunchy as well. Just overall the food wasn't all that good. I'm very disappointed.

They unfortunately closed early today but left online ordering on so I drove all the way there just to realize I had wasted my money and the refund will take a few days. Dissapointed in this because I love this Taco Bell they have amazing service and food regularly! ☹️

Place is unorganized don't go thru the drive thru was told to pull ahead for condiments took 15 minutes to bring them out I already ate the food plus the wrong drink worker said complain to manager at 9.00 pm

I’m truly surprised this location has 3.5 stars. Horrible customer service. I ordered from the kiosk and waited. Two other people came in, ordered, and received their food before I did. Clearly the manager on duty isn’t doing anything to monitor orders placed.

We ordered our food on the Taco Bell app and went to pick it up. As we entered there was a bad smell in the restaurant and the place was really unclean. The workers didn't give the extra sauces with the food that we ordered. They also mixed up our drinks, giving us 4 drinks instead of 3. Giving us the wrong type of drinks instead of what we chose on the app aswell. The workers were unfriendly and they acted like we were bothering them. The Restaurant was unclean. Order was mixed up. And mediocre food quality. Very disappointed, as this was my first Taco Bell experience.
