This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. The total service before ,during and after meal was terrible. The food we ordered was under cooked, cold and some was burned. The waiter did her job very well. I asked to speak to managers to discuss how this situation was going to be handle. The manager wanted to take food back to kitchen to cook, to which I responded by informing her we did not want this done. By this time we had been in your establishment for over two hours and then waited 30 more minutes to get our check. At no time did the manager offer any opologies for any of this. I will note that final billing was adjusted. The only explanation I recieved for this service was they were under staffed. This total experience was some of the worst dining I have had.

To start off, Zach and Brookelyn gave us such a warm welcome that truly made our night. They sat us right next to the host stand and continued to check on us through our stay. Our server Paige was absolutely amazing as well, I’m a as well server so I noticed her great use of upselling. Overall an amazing night!!

"Ziosk" tablets do not offer ability to comment! Which is very disappointing, as the food and service were great, but the management was clearly quite poor by not issuing a needed wait for a backed up kitchen when my party did not come during a rush and waited 45 minutes after giving our order. Fix your tablets so servers and kitchen don't get undeserved flak!!!

Food and service was good, but they need teach workers be nice to each other, I saw young men push one the young girls and he looked like he was mad and got in her face. Y'all supposed be nice to each other and work with each other, not be pushing and getting in each other's faces.

Not a fan. Always LOUD LOUD LOUD in these places. Steak was not good at all. Very chewy, a lot of fat, and unbearably salty. Everything was highly salted. I'll stick to a higher quality steakhouse like Longhorn's. This was more like Applebee's. About as clean as an Applebee's too. Looked like 2 or 3 patrons had been there before us judging from the amounts of food on the floor under our table. I won't be returning. Have one where I'm from and this one it's actually a little worse. Went because my brother made the arrangements. Not a fan of the brand. Feel robbed. Especially on a $200 tab.

Ordered to go. Worst Texas Roadhouse we’ve ever had. The steaks had no seasoning. Chicken was hard fried end pieces that were inedible. Ordered no cheese on salad- it was loaded with cheese. When I went to window to get the food- the girl almost threw the bags/ cups at me. Everything inside the bag was lopsided & falling over/out of bag. By time we got home the food looked like it had been thrown around in a washing machine. Also- as she was throwing me bags she said “out of rolls”. We aren’t from around this area- we were expecting the normal Texas Roadhouse food/experience in our town. We did not get that. If looking for a good-consistent Texas Roadhouse meal- I’d stay away from this location.
