I am a Texas Roadhouse lover through and through but that does mean that they don't make mistakes. Earlier tonight I was served a salad that did not taste good or like their usual salad by any means. A manager was walking past and asked how our food was and after mentioning the salad we were immediately accommodated and apologized to. My date was also not feeling the best and another manager was quick to make sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything. Last but not least our server was so kind despite being busy on her feet the whole time! A huge shout out to Mia for being an amazing server and to the managers working that night as well! I always recommend this Texas Roadhouse to people because it is truly one of the best in the franchise!

We were greeted by our server with, “They sat me two tables. I don’t know when I’ll get to you,” then she stormed off. We were stunned for a bit and then left. On the way out, we talked to the FoH manager who offered to make it right, but we felt entirely unwelcome and chose to leave.
Texas Roadhouse is too loud, but I know that going in. Service and steak make up for it, just not this time.

I have been so stressed recently and a good juicy steak is my favorite. These guys cooked this bone-in ribeye so well my muscles actually relaxed for the first time in a couple days! Also the staff member at the to-go window was friendly and energetic, and service was speedy despite how busy they were.

Waited an hour for food. They wouldn’t let 12 people sit together for absolutely no reason at all. I don’t know how the food was. By the time it got here I wasn’t hungry any more and sent it back. I’ve never had a good experience here and I’ll NEVER be back. Horrible service!!!!

I am not a fan of Big Box style eateries. I find that often the food tastes just like it was frozen and microwaved.
However, we frequent Texas Road House often due to the uncompromising quality and consistency of delicious and quality dinners. Ever. Single. Time. We have never had a bad meal at this location. The staff are always great! Once or twice a week, never gets old, and it is always clean.
Last year we purchased the $500 gift cards and got a great deal and NO WAIT for an entire year!

Absolutely terrible experience — won’t ever be coming back. The last few times I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse, it’s taken over an hour just to get our food, and unfortunately, this visit was no different. But this time, the food finally showed up cold. Mine specifically tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes — soggy and lukewarm.
To make it worse, our food wasn’t even brought by the server but by her daughter, who started awkwardly joking about how we should “prank” her mom by saying the food was bad… except the food was actually bad. Not sure why that was the time for jokes, but read the room.
I didn’t plan to complain, but my grandma — who was paying — spoke up. When I explained the issue to our server, she immediately got defensive and tried to argue with me, claiming I had said it was “fine” earlier, which was just not true. I was already pissed from waiting so long and barely even had an appetite left, and now I’m being treated like I’m lying?
The only thing even remotely edible on my plate was the sweet potato. I’ve given this place too many chances, but after this mess, I’m done. Terrible service, cold food, and zero accountability. Never coming back.

The food was gross which was crazy too me. Since they pride themselves on the food but it’s whatever. I got cold Mac and cheese and they said it’s made like that and when I asked about the steak they said no and I had the waitress touch the steak and she was like did they even cook it? My thoughts exactly but they fixed the bill but I won’t be back after that.
