This was the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever ate at! Chicken strips were cold and over cooked, fried looked and tasted like they were from night before and corn was so cold and hard you couldn’t eat it! Never will be back there!

We bought a ribeye. Part of it was burnt, black. Inside was good- medium well. The sirloin was dark, dry. It was to be medium rare, my son ate it, but it was barley pink in the middle. Salads were awesome. Chicken fried chicken was great! Service was awesome 👌. It was really loud in there. Mostly the TVs. Rolls are to die for!

My family and I go a lot but we went last night and there were no rolls. We were told by the waitress that she had been there over an hour and they hadn’t had any rolls but that they were working on it and we’d have them in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later we were told there weren’t even any rolls in the oven. Super disappointing as someone who goes a lot. Unsure what happened but we left not happy as my son only requests to eat there for the rolls specifically.

Best steakhouse in cape girardeau! There are times when your order is wrong or steak isn't prepared how you ordered it , but management are usually quick to resolve the issue

Friends go to this Texas Roadhouse 4 times a year when traveling to this area. ALWAYS a great steak and very friendly and courteous servers. Out of all of the Texas Roadhouse's that I have been too, this one is my favorite of them.

So to start off im from texas and the rolls and butter is very disappointing cuz its not like we have them in texas, rolls arent as soft and butter taste plane. The stake was cooked well and i wanna give props on your shrimp because those were actually bigger then the ones in texas.
We had an amazing experience. We were seated fast and the food was amazing. Parking is little rough but an overall great experience.

I am a Texas Roadhouse lover through and through but that does mean that they don't make mistakes. Earlier tonight I was served a salad that did not taste good or like their usual salad by any means. A manager was walking past and asked how our food was and after mentioning the salad we were immediately accommodated and apologized to. My date was also not feeling the best and another manager was quick to make sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything. Last but not least our server was so kind despite being busy on her feet the whole time! A huge shout out to Mia for being an amazing server and to the managers working that night as well! I always recommend this Texas Roadhouse to people because it is truly one of the best in the franchise!
