My 90 year old mother had x-rays taken after a fall in Poplar Bluff, Mo on February 17th and as of February 24th we still have no results. After numerous phone calls and emails on her portal still no answers. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!
7 hours in the ER when you are in excruciating pain is UNACCEPTABLE. Do better!
While at the Poplar Bluff clinic October 2 I fell, and I would like to thank all the people that came to my aid, I'm sorry I don't know who they all were expect for Amy Robertson and Brandi Myers but again I thank all of you for staying with me until the EMTs arrived.
