Everything is amazing EXCEPT for the overwhelming greeting when you walk in the door. It kinda scared me a bit actually. A simple hello from a couple staff members if totally fine, but yelling HI from every single employee is a bit much.

The food is overpriced for how simple it is. It was extremely hard to hear the employee because of how loud the music and air conditioning was. The app I tried to order in doesn’t work whatsoever either. At least it was out quickly because I got a two ingredient smoothie, but it was expensive. Not worth it in the slightest

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time and tried the Bahama Mama smoothie. Absolutely loved it. The flavor was perfectly sweet and refreshing, with just the right blend of berries and coconut. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the whole vibe of the place was super chill. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more! Highly recommend if you're looking for something tasty and refreshing.

Super clean and everyone is super nice! Met a Manager named Thomas there and he was super friendly! I’ve been in two times in the last week and he asked me about my tattoos and was making jokes. I went from bad day to pretty awesome!

Please give him a BIG pat on the back for making my wife and I feel like family!

I walked in and was welcomed with great energy! The girl at the front was sweet. I ordered pick up so we didn’t chat much, but the atmosphere is great and I loved the vibe. Good smoothie. I got the beach bum with added protein powder and a chicken quesadilla! Smoothie 8/10 quesadilla 6/10. Just my opinion, nothing was wrong with it!
