Truly the best BBQ in southeast Missouri!l! The bbq pork steak falls right off of the bone! TruQue also catered my husband’s 40th birthday party a few years ago. Our uncle from Nashville, Tennessee was in attendance and he told me that he hasn’t found any bbq place in his area to match what we had that day.

This is some serious soul-changing BBQ y’all! The pulled pork is juicy and the sauce is delicious. That brisket though?? 😍 It has a good spice rub on it, nice bark, tender and full of love. The moonshine sauce is a must have for the brisket sandwich (or pretty much anything, really). 🔥 Go get you some!
I had True-que at a local event and it was absolutely delicious. The pork steak was so tender that it fell apart. I also had the catfish, baked beans, and mac and cheese. All were excellent. It was possibly the best barbecue that I haver ever had.
