Just had breakfast at Cape location and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The chicken and waffles with the Nashville hot syrup were perfect. Great breading and chicken was tender and flavorful. Waffle was great as well. Server Joy was fast and courteous. Best breakfast spot ever
Food was good. Service was so slow. We waited an hour to get our food.

Don't go unless you have 2+ hours to do nothing but wait. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, we were told it'd still be another 30-45 minutes before our food was done ( a single burrito with side). So we left still hungry. And this was after waiting 40 minutes on the wait-list to even get a seat. I get being busy and needing to wait, but 3 hours is ridiculous.
It took 2 hours to get food

The food and atmosphere was incredible. But it took us 30 minutes after being seated to even get asked about drinks then took almost an hour and 10 minutes to get our food out and we only ordered small portions.

My experience eating here was honestly a nightmare. My review is for the gluten free consumer. They tout an expansive list of "gf+" options. You can order almost anything on the menu gluten free. When I put my order in for gluten free pancakes, the waitress stopped me and said, "Well that means gluten friendly and not gluten free." I assumed that she just didn't really understand the menu well...in my mind, listing a "gf" option means that product is made without gluten, but it is not guaranteeing that there will be no cross contamination. The waitress needed help using the ordering system and asked for guidance from another waitress after putting my dad's in incorrectly. After that happened, my dad tells me I ought to make sure and ask when the pancakes come out if they are gluten free. I asked the waitress and she said yes. (On another note, we sat for 5 minutes with our food and no silverware after asking 3 different people for some) Having tasted a lot of gluten free products, it looked exactly like the regular pancakes, and it was way too fluffy to be gluten free. I got very afraid and stopped eating them because I knew I was not served the correct food. When we got the receipt, sure enough we were rang up for regular pancakes. When we asked about it, she said that she told them in the back that they needed to be gluten free even though it was not rang up correctly. Obviously, for someone who has severe reactions to gluten, this answer is not good enough and definitely tells me that you cannot trust this restaurant with their "gf" options. I couldn't be more disappointed in my experience.

The seating left something to be desired—definitely opt for a booth if you can. Our food took around 40 minutes to arrive, which felt long, though the place was packed. That said, our server (Chris, I believe) was excellent—friendly, funny, and attentive despite clearly juggling a busy section.
While there were a couple of hiccups—my fiancée received the wrong sides, and we had to ask for silverware—the food itself more than made up for it. Everything arrived hot and was absolutely delicious. The alcoholic coffee, in particular, was a standout.
Despite the minor issues, I’d absolutely return. The quality of the food and the overall experience made it worth it.

Very disappointed with the biscuits. They were very DRY and hard. Had the Cow on a plate, it’s very bland. Needs A LOT of seasoning. Talked to the manager and he said that everyone has I different taste buds. He said “I’ll talk to the kitchen manager about it. “ Seemed like he didn’t care about what I said. Horrible management even though the service was great and the atmosphere was great. The best thing was the twisted potatoes. Mimosas were at best okay. Very expensive for the food quality they have. (Manager came back to the table before we left and gave us a bottle of seasoning and a coupon for free biscuits) I’ll go back and see if things change.

Banana pancakes are made with banana chips, not fresh bananas. So if you like crunch in your banana pancake, go for it. Just wasn’t expected and not to my choosing. It doesn’t say anything about banana chips on the menu.

My husband and I waited 50 minutes to get our food. It wasn't our waitress Melissa's fault but it was the kitchen. Others were waiting as long as us. Some people walked out! I don't blame them. We almost did it ourselves. The food was fair but very expensive for what they give a person. We will not be back!

I waited for and hour and 45 minutes in restaurant for an order of chicken tenders and fries that would’ve been better from a truck stop. Do not recommend.
