I ordered 2 of the Wednesday Meals for my grandsons aged 10 & 6 who were super excited about them. However, I was given the frostys 1st and had to wait 15 minutes for food which I'm not sure why because it wasn't hot luke warm at best obviously the frostys were pretty much melted HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT especially for the price!! Called the store was not offered replacement frostys or anything

Came in tonight around 11:40-11:45 after working at the hospital and victor was absolutely great at customer service and was so nice at the window! Hard to find great service anymore he’s a keeper!

In the drive thru for 30 min. Two at the window, five waiting for their order to be taken which took 5 min to get someone to take it. Got to the window, and the girl taking the orders, you could hear inside talking rudely about the customers ordering.
3-30-25 around noon.

Absolutely horrible. Every single time we order via door dash our order has never came out right. We ordered again tonight hoping it’d be different. We ordered a baconator with baconator fries, a 10 piece spicy nugget combo with Diet Coke, and a thin mint frosty. Only to receive two normal fries and the baconator. This shit is getting absolutely ridiculous, please either take your store off of DoorDash or hire better people suited for the job because clearly something is lacking.

First, my order was completely wrong. I had to turn around and go back, adding another 10 minutes. When I finally received the right food, it was not appetizing at all. The Son Of Baconator was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. 2 dried out patties slathered liberally with condiments. Probably to disguise everything else.
