I use to absolutely LOVE eating here. But the last 3 times our service and food have been horrible. We won't be back! Management needs to be more aware of staff and service!

Was looking for a place to eat after a long day of work. I was heading into Firehouse Subs when I noticed the Wings Etc next door. I haven't seen a Wings Etc in a long time so it was an easy choice for me to go there instead. After waiting at my table for 10min without any greeting, I went back over to Firehouse. The server in my area was too busy talking to her friends at a nearby table. Another server walked by 3x and didn't say anything. Pretty disappointing.

God bless their sweet bartender(Robin), bc I’m convinced no one else works here. She’s always the only one doing anything and everything and still she somehow does it all with a smile. There’s no way they’re paying her enough.

Mediocre wings. The ranch is the best part of the meal pretzel bites were delicious with the beer cheese mozzarella sticks are average service was ok. They do offer military discount.
I want to give a special shoutout to Robin as she has always given great customer service when we’ve come. Always a great experience and food at this Wings Etc which is what keeps us coming back.

I ordered online for pickup to make sure everything would be right, but unfortunately both of my burgers were made incorrectly. I even paid extra for bacon and only got it on one of them. I used the online system specifically to avoid issues like this, so it was disappointing to see mistakes still happen.
That said, the burgers I did get were still really tasty!! I also understand I came at a busy time!

Had a killer experience at Wings Etc in Cape! I stopped in for a late lunch and was seriously impressed. I’ve had a lot of wings in my life, and these might be the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, great flavor, crispy outside—everything I want in a wing. I’m a “dry rub guy” so I went with the Caribbean jerk and the brown sugar bourbon: so good. One of the coolest parts? They’ve got TouchTunes, so I got to set the vibe while I ate. Just a heads-up though: pro tip—if you’re gonna play your own music, ask not to sit by the kitchen. Their soundtrack might clash with yours. The service was also on point. My server was fantastic (they don’t wear name tags, but my receipt said “Tyra J”—so thank you, Tyra!). Made the whole experience even better. And if you’re a sports fan, you’ll love this place. They’ve got 21 TVs around the restaurant with games on everywhere you look. I’ll be traveling here for work regularly now, and Wings Etc is definitely gonna be a regular stop for me.

Boneless wings were definitely fried again to re warm , I came in just over a hour before closing but food was treated as if it was closing time , nachos were not even put together right but the drinks were good and the server was nice but the kitchen should be ashamed of their work last nite !
