We ate here 09/27/25. Service very friendly and attentive. Food was very good, fries especially. They had some wonderful pies available, but unfortunately... I didn't have room for desert... maybe next time!

Before you make the drive to eat here try not to have high expectations. I just assumed that since they have been in business for 50 years and been passed down 3 generations that somewhere along the lines they could cook homemade meals. Chicken strips came from frozen, onion rings, frozen, hamburger, frozen, bbq, yep it was pre-made, store purchased in a bag frozen…… nothing we had was fresh. So disappointed as we drove an hour one way to eat here…. Service, she was friendly but never came back to the table nor offered dessert. We don’t normally eat fast food but the quality of it was right there with it. Again I have no idea who or why 4.9 starts were given to this place.

The Swedish meatballs were amazing. I brought my elderly parents here for lunch. Afterwards, they kept mentioning that the waitress was so nice and friendly. I purchased a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie to take home for my parents. They loved it! My Mom thought it was the best strawberry rhubarb pie that she has ever had. My Dad wants me to get a whole pie next time. We can’t wait to come again.

One of the best breakfast I've had in a long time! Biscuits and gravy was some of the best I've had. The ham steak looked like a Brontosaurus steak! And it was AWESOME! Eggs were done to perfection over medium, which is hard for some to do. Do yourself a favor and go. Can't wait to try lunch and dinner.
