My girlfriend and I heard about this little place and I wanted to try home brewed beer and homemade pizza!We had the veggie pizza, but just added chicken and bacon.It was pretty good, but I know next time to order extra sauce.But the Blonde Ale and the Arrowhead red wine, were locally made and were delicious.
Finding beer and pizza that is off the charts good is a rare find. My 3rd time and the quality is consistently great. It is my go to place for lunch when in Carrollton. If I were closer, I would drink more than one Oatmeal Nut Stout!

This place is perfect. If you are anywhere near this hidden gem, make it a stop. The beer is authentic to each style presented. Beer making is about balance. It's a matter of blending malt, hops, and yeast. Sweet and bitter. Too often "craft" brewers present what they like, which tend to be overly hoppy (bitter).
