I sat in drive thru waiting for my 2 filet o fish for almost 10 minutes. The fish was dry and tough. It definitely had sat in the warmer for too long. If I sit there for that long, I sure expect to get the freshest sandwich I've seen. They were disgusting.

I waited in line for a hamburger happy meal for my granddaughter for almost 45 minutes. When I get the food, it’s cold all of it’s cold. The little girl at the drive-through window was very rude. Very ugly. Very disrespectful. There was only two people three people so we could see working and Koch, but they weren’t working very quickly at all and my food was cold and I want a refund, but I couldn’t even get a receipt from the girl..

I ordered the chicken Big Mac and there wasn’t any Mac sauce, no cheese, no pickles on the sandwich. The chicken wasn’t fresh seems like it was sitting there for a while. It was my worst experience ever eating a sandwich. Actually it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten.
