Don’t let your kid work there. We were warned by numerous people about certain employees. Everything people warned about was accurate. Kids don’t need adult bullies in the workplace and drug addicts as role models. Haven’t ate there in years because the service has always been bad, will continue not to eat there because it’s insane a regional manager would continue to allow such poor local management with a revolving doors of employees that quit.

Menu pricing was outdated and it took about 10-15 minutes to sort out so I could place my order, a few minutes after I placed my order I was informed that there were no personal pan pizzas prepared so my entire order had to be cancelled and it took a good while to get my cash refunded. Overall I spent about thirty minutes to end up with no food and disappointed and hungry kids.
Absolutely horrible every time I come here from Columbia MO I try to order wings and it's either they don't have any or like today they are out of frying oil it's main reason I come to pizza hut very disappointing

Let’s start by saying we will not be ordering from here again. I ordered the three pizza big box we ended up with three round dried out pizzas. The crust was so thin and dry it was not even worth eating.

Some of the waitresses are rude. Some of them will tell you, that you can't use a certain coupon for a deal. But manager says you can.
Doordash pickup, overheard customers being told 30-45 minutes. Tried to get to the counter and get someone's attention to just ask how long on my order.Just got a "sorry" before the person I spoke with ran off.Ultimately I dropped the order. I can't afford to wait on them to figure it out.

We didn't dine in we opted to pay at the window and go and everything was pretty well perfect other than missing some sauces, I don't know if it's a glitch in the app for not receiving everything in the order but they try to make it right as they can.
Slow service I had a customer come up to me when I walked in and said good luck I’ve been waiting for 45 mins just to order. Cooks was not wearing gloves when they was cooking the food and preparing it. Won’t come back until they get their act

My order was wrong, made like a toddler put it together and the whole place smelled like weed and looked like cocaine lines were on the counter. I have worked fast food my whole life and never have I seen or been in a more disgusting dirty store. Definitely won’t be

We had our family thanksgiving dinner here and it went great! The food was cooked perfectly, the service was outstanding, and the environment is super family friendly. Thank you pizza hut staff for making our experience/day one to remember forever!!
Wheelchair accessibility: We was able to get my grandma in and out of her wheelchair to be able to attend the family dinner. A memory we all will never forget because she was able to attend and spend some time with the family for another thanksgiving.
If I could give tasha 0 stars I most certainly would. This woman is disrespectful and should not be working in costumer service she was impatient and rude. And she didn't get a tip so she acts mad andThen ask me to give her a good review....
