A huge difference since the new management has taken over! The employees were very friendly, they were cleaning the entire time we were dining in, and the buffet/salad bar was fresh. We had given up on this restaurant months ago but we will definitely be back now!

This buffet was beyond horrible. The crust on the pizzas were almost as hard as the plate. I tried to scrape off the topping and couldn't even do that. The few people that were there kept waiting for fresh pizzas but they only brought out one. The cook was rude and people kept asking the waitress for silverware and drinks and she would say ok then never return.

Don’t let your kid work there. We were warned by numerous people about certain employees. Everything people warned about was accurate. Kids don’t need adult bullies in the workplace and drug addicts as role models. Haven’t ate there in years because the service has always been bad, will continue not to eat there because it’s insane a regional manager would continue to allow such poor local management with a revolving doors of employees that quit.

Menu pricing was outdated and it took about 10-15 minutes to sort out so I could place my order, a few minutes after I placed my order I was informed that there were no personal pan pizzas prepared so my entire order had to be cancelled and it took a good while to get my cash refunded. Overall I spent about thirty minutes to end up with no food and disappointed and hungry kids.
Absolutely horrible every time I come here from Columbia MO I try to order wings and it's either they don't have any or like today they are out of frying oil it's main reason I come to pizza hut very disappointing

Some of the waitresses are rude. Some of them will tell you, that you can't use a certain coupon for a deal. But manager says you can.
