Mende did the most amazing job with our cake and cupcakes for our wedding! We had so many compliments on them it was hard to keep track of which flavor was the favorite. We had a butter pecan flavored cake and it was the best cake I have ever had in my life! She was so accommodating with all of the food allergies in my family and even has a dedicated gluten and dairy free workspace to prevent cross contamination, which was very impressive to me. I can’t rave enough about everything she contributed to our day and I recommend her to anyone in need of sweets and great service!

When we travel I always search out cinnamon rolls as they are a favorite of my husband’s. I found Red Apple farm and spoke w/Mende who went over and above to deliver them because I had an emergency dental situation. The cinnamon rolls were warm when delivered. Once they cooled down and my husband tasted them he said he would give them a 10+. The best he has tasted. The cinnamon icing was a wonderful treat. The last time he had given a 10 for a cinnamon roll was in NC 3 years ago. I purchased 6 so I’m gonna freeze 2 so he can enjoy them on our return trip home. Thank you again Mende!

I really can’t say enough about this place. I was looking for two pies to take to a family reunion. I found her on the web and called her out of the blue to see if she would do them. She was extremely helpful and explained things as I would only be passing through and unable to return her glass pie dish. We set up the time and date but over the next few days our reunion date got changed and I needed the pies on a day she wasn’t open on and when I called her she said no problem she would still do it. Now the really good part every one went nuts over the pies they were really beautiful and they tasted even better.

Mende's cupcakes were beautiful and a big hit at our event. Almost too pretty to eat! We should have ordered more of the Lemon though! They were gone in a flash. It was so nice that she delivered and set them up for us. She also made a gluten free version of the Red Velvet and they were delicious! Highly recommend!
