Hands down the best red velvet cake! My daughter and her fiancé ordered it for their wedding cake, and everyone raved about not only how beautiful the cake was, but that it tasted as good as it looked! We ordered a small one for ourselves a couple of weeks later, because one piece was not enough! Mende was great to work with, and we will definitely become “regulars” for her.
