We wanted at the drive thru speaker for 8 minutes. No recognition at all! We drove to the dive up window and noone was at the window. We went in and part of the order had not been made because it not been portion out......
After all that we were not offered any service to make up for this let down until explicitly asked about it. Then we were given a coupon. Not before the manager I presume threw my food rudely.

Took my kids here for lunch today. NUMEROUS errors with my order: drink sizes were wrong and all the sides were wrong. We were one of two tables in the restaurant. No rush whatsoever. The staff very loudly kept using profanity, including MULTIPLE uses of f***. Horrible experience all around.

Used the app after 9pm for pick up. Food was delicious. We got the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, chicken tenders and fries. Everything was hot and delicious. Customer service was great and service was quick.

The food was fresh and good, and the lady on the front was very nice and patient with my family. My husband was going up to ask them to replace a sauce inside an empty dispenser and one of the employees Lilly was badmouthing him out loud to where almost the whole restaurant could hear while she was standing around doing nothing when she could have asked what I needed instead of glaring at me and being extremely rude and he almost demanded a refund. She needs to be reprimanded, as long as she is working here, we will NOT be coming back. All the younger teenagers working the counter was great and then the general manager never said anything to the lilly girl either which she should have been talking to no way to treat a costumer.

Ordered a jamocha shake got a chocolate one told attendant at windows she then brought me a smaller chocolate shake and I quote.. said oh this is for sure a jamocha ...it wasn't..I told her it looked identical to first shake chocolate no whipped cream no chocolate drizzle oh but yeah it's for sure a jamocha shake ...I don't mind if someone is honest and don't know what they're doing, I don't mind spending money for what I order but don't blatantly lie to my face, she also commented it might have gotten mived up to much.

We ordered for delivery a chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, a king’s Hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich, and jalapeño bites. When our order arrived, the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich wasn’t even wrapped. It was cold. My husband had to Go to the restaurant to take back his fish sandwich because it did not have the cheese or the tomato on it. When we tried to call them several times before he left nobody even answers the phone there.

We decided to come though the drive through this evening for our lunch break at this location and proceeded to order we explained that we had 2 separate orders and a mobile order witch the employee then asked how big our orders were very rudley we replied with they are small we got to the window to pay and was asked if we wanted sauce I replied i would like arbys sauce for the second order I was then corrected by the employee telling me she was asking about the first order I said ok I waited for me to be asked for sauce with my order we payed for both orders then we were asked what was the name we looked a5 each trying to figure out what she was talking about then she snapped again what was the name then snapped again the name for the mobile order we told her she handed us the bag and no drink we asked about the drink and she told us that normally people come in to get there drinks how does this make sense we go through the drivethrough to pick up food why would we come back inside to get the drink anyway we come to this location often for our lunch break and the night shift employees act like it is a hassle to server there customers and after tonight's encounter I may not go back for awhile
