We decided to come though the drive through this evening for our lunch break at this location and proceeded to order we explained that we had 2 separate orders and a mobile order witch the employee then asked how big our orders were very rudley we replied with they are small we got to the window to pay and was asked if we wanted sauce I replied i would like arbys sauce for the second order I was then corrected by the employee telling me she was asking about the first order I said ok I waited for me to be asked for sauce with my order we payed for both orders then we were asked what was the name we looked a5 each trying to figure out what she was talking about then she snapped again what was the name then snapped again the name for the mobile order we told her she handed us the bag and no drink we asked about the drink and she told us that normally people come in to get there drinks how does this make sense we go through the drivethrough to pick up food why would we come back inside to get the drink anyway we come to this location often for our lunch break and the night shift employees act like it is a hassle to server there customers and after tonight's encounter I may not go back for awhile

Lunch on Wednesday, this place is an unorganized disaster. Three cars in drive through for 20min. Came inside to order, only two other people inside. One already had their food. 20 min after ordering inside and still waiting for food.

The last two times I've been at this establishment the drive through employees have been extremely rude. I made an order and was told "that doesn't tell me anything" I literally told her what meal I wanted but because I didn't specify what size she got hostile with me. It's standard medium with the meals and if I wanted to up size I would have said so. Today, again I overheard the drive through employee tell the car ahead of me that she's not ready to take the order because there is two other people talking and she's busy. The tone the employee used was disrespectful and there was a professional way of handling it, like asking the other employees to be quite while you take the order. I work in a restaurant as well and I would never speak or treat the customers the way Arby's in Carthage, MO does. I should have learned my lesson the first time but I figured they just had a bad day or obviously an employee with terrible customer service skills. Now that it has happened again and with a different employee tells me that this establishment just doesn't care about customer service. Never again!

I walked inside to place a Togo order. Restaurant is very clean. Had my food ready in 5 min. Customer service was great.
I order from the Carthage Arby's all the time through Doordash. This is the first time they have gotten it wrong. Two sandwiches were left off the order.

ARBY's #7194(Carthage, MO), Nov. 23rd at 11:30am. When to use "female" restroom and was locked. Waited, til a female kitchen worker exited. Went in and noticed it stunk. I immediately looked at sink, it was dry, no water had been used. This employee went back to the kitchen and handled food. I will never go back to this place again! How disgusting is this?

Excellent service, even at 11 p.m. at night! Employees are very friendly, and while it takes a little longer to get your food vs. ordering during more “normal” hours of the day, the food quality and preparation is exceptional and always freshly made. Thanks Arby’s for keeping late hours for those of us who can’t eat dinner when we would prefer (due to work, late obligations, afternoon/evening events, and city council meetings that can last very late into the night)!
