Every time I go through the drive-thru the staff makes you feel like you have to rush you ask for braum sauce and they give you an attitude absolutely poor service and their burgers are not fresh they are disgusting and smashed and charred the management doesn't care that her employees have an absolutely disgusting attitude and for customer service I think this restaurant needs to be assessed

Two elderly people waited on us. One couldn't get his machine to work, so the other took our order at her register. Their bubbly attitudes made all the difference. It was good food in a good environment. Thank you

We did drive thru ice cream. I got a turtle sundae. They have added cake to the bottom of it which doesn't work for my gluten free self. The ice cream scoops are smaller. (The whole sundae with the cake is the same height as it used to be with ice cream only) And there was only about a tablespoons of each of the two toppings.
Waste of money.

We were here from out of town, and went thru the drive-thru. The service was fair. We got burgers and fries. The burgers were dry and cold. They weren't cooked fresh that's for sure. We were not given any napkins, ketchup or salt. My husband said it was the worst Braums burger he's ever gotten. I have to agree with him. Such a shame

Was at the counter for 11 min before someone took my order. Staff was very short and seemed to rush us while ordering. Ordered food at 7.46 pm didn't receive it until 759 pm. Fries hot and delicious, chicken sandwich cold and robbery and no milk shake. Ask for my shake and ate the entire meal with out that shake.

I am at this Braum's right now. I'm traveling but seemed out Braum's as it is a long time favorite eatery and I only get to have it when I travel to Oklahoma and Missouri. I was hesitant to stop at this one because of all the negative reviews. One thing I do agree with is the floors need to be cleaned. But the service was awesome. Fast & friendly. The employees are pleasant. My order was only a short wait and was good. I'm very happy & satisfied that I stopped here.
