As I'm sitting in the drive-thru tonight(Friday, March 14th), I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for my food. It is going on 10 minutes.. One car in front of me in the drive-thru..pulled up waiting for their food and one car behind me. They need more employees here. This location is aweful! Please go somewhere else.

Love the food. My major complaint is they are sneaky about up charging you. ."Would you like medium or large"? The price board is for the small size! They don't ask you if you want small, medium, or large. The dollar plus upcharge is bs, and when I pointed that out was accused of being nasty by the manager for complaining. Never will see me again.

Food forgotten, Tried to argue with us about what we got even with us showing receipts. Nuggets were slightly under cooked.Fries were also cold. There was no straws or lids for drinks I had to ask for them.

Way to mess up my entire order, say no mayo, you added extra, asked for coke got some kind of lemon soda hybrid mixed with cola. Said pull up to the first window but no one was there for well over a minute, so we pull forward and then someone’s yelling at us to back up? Straighten up Burger King employees, you have one main job and that is to get the order right. You repeated it to me correct 2 times and still messed it up. Can I leave a negative review?

Asked for no salt on fries when I ordered & then again when at the window when food was handed to me....I was assured there was no salt.......super salty to say the least ! Disappointed consumer.........
