Might be the worst Dunkin in the nation. Service was so slow and sad, I could have mistaken it for the DMV if I didn't smell coffee. The order came out in multiple waves and was hastily put together. Overall a dreary experience.

The food is pretty good. But the staff is just sad. The female staff was very unfriendly if they spoke at all. The only friendly person was the young guy trying to run the drive through and the counter.

Every time this does this dunkin' donuts has a charger and a desk so that could be helpful when you don't have a charger so the good is food good food and also don't get has some really delicious donuts

Stopped here as I was traveling and the drinks were disgusting. Tasted like pure sugar. I ordered the same drink I order back home at Dunkin’ and this was not the same. I told the lady that the drink tasted like pure sugar and she was upset with me and said there wasn’t anything they could do. Very annoyed I couldn’t get a refund or exchange it.

I ordered on the app and they were out of every donut I ordered. The lady at the window was rude and didn’t even know what I had ordered when I made it up to the window. She only gave me 1 donut option to switch to and then shut the window. Now I’m stuck with donuts I’m not going to eat because she gave me 1 option and kept shutting the window when I’d ask a question. Stock out the product on your app when you’re low or out of it. Also re train your staff and maybe do corrective actions with them when you have this many bad reviews within the last couple weeks. If it was me I’d be prioritizing customer service and product availability especially with a Starbucks opening up down the road to retain my customers..

Stopped at this Dunkin on my way out of town. I always stop for coffee on roadtrips and get my dog a pup cup. I was disappointed to learn this location didn’t offer this and was told by the drive through worker it’s because the owner is cheap and doesn’t want to give them out for free. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that didn’t offer pup cups, especially a Dunkin. Seems like they cut a lot of corners at this location and it affects the service.
Gotta love the honey bacon biscuit! And the new S'more donut with cream center...giggity giggity!
