Prepaid for an order online and it took an hour to get the order. Once we checked in we could not cancel the order. I've been here several times and always given the benefit of the doubt. This will definitely be the last time we visit Dunkin.

I’m not blaming the hardworking staff here — they’re clearly doing their best — but the management/ownership needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run. During the morning rush, they routinely have only two employees on shift. Those two are somehow expected to handle drive-thru orders, in-store customers, mobile orders, and delivery orders all at the same time.
This is not only unrealistic, it’s unfair to the employees and frustrating for customers. Orders take far longer than they should, the line moves at a crawl, and the staff ends up stressed and apologizing for problems that are completely out of their control.
Dunkin’ corporate should be embarrassed that a store is being run this way — morning rush is one of the busiest times of day, and it’s being treated like an afterthought. This isn’t a staffing shortage issue; this is a management and scheduling.
Do better for your employees and customers.

I don't know why the bad reviews. We were treated very good, the place was spotless clean, and the ladies working there were funny and kind. I was ecstatic to fine a dunking within 2 hours of my home, I will definitely be back... oh yeah the doughnuts were as delicious as i remember.

I recently moved to Joplin from another state where I got my morning coffee from Dunkin almost every day. This is the closest location to Joplin. I was in Carthage for a party and excited to stop and get my caramel iced coffee. It was terrible.

I ordered hash browns at the drive through. The ones they gave me were soggy and mushy. I even waited for over 5 min at the drive through when I was the only car in line. Absolutely terrible.

Might be the worst Dunkin in the nation. Service was so slow and sad, I could have mistaken it for the DMV if I didn't smell coffee. The order came out in multiple waves and was hastily put together. Overall a dreary experience.

The food is pretty good. But the staff is just sad. The female staff was very unfriendly if they spoke at all. The only friendly person was the young guy trying to run the drive through and the counter.
