Don’t come here if you’re looking for donuts. Tried multiple times even super early to get Jelly Munchkins and they never have them and I asked why since every other store has them by hundreds. My answer was the “baking team” takes them home and or eats them. Go to Daylight Donuts in Carthage instead. Better price, donuts and locally owned.

It's too expensive for what you get. I got a medium cup of coffee for the second time and received half of a cup of coffee and a half cup of foam. They didn't give a good reason for me to come back. The donuts were not a good reason for me to go back.

The young man that waited on me the second time I was in there, couldn't get it in his what I wanted when brought in a coupon. Had to repeat myself several times. Then the first time I came in with a coupon, the waitress there didn't want to except it. But he did after she read it a few times. And with that I got it, but they ran out of pancakes so one of my wraps had to be with a tortilla. Not happy at all! And it was in the morning both times I was there. This one here in Carthage MO, NEEDS a lot of work. I know some people that have gone in the store and it is always out of stuff. Not stocked up. I don't know who does the ordering but they don't seem to know what they are doing!!

Only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option. Over the last two months this store has lost multiple employees and for some reason is promoting the employees that are not only rude to customers, but continuously give me the incorrect order. This is by far one of the worst customer interactions I have seen. I have witnessed a female employee be sexually harassed by another employee, and the harasser is STILL employed but the harassed girl is no longer there. On another occasion I witnessed a manager yelling at a young employee trying her best to help the customer. Horrible culture to promote. Horrible business practices.
