If you have never been to El Quetzal you must go! They have a very large selection of fresh baked goods for an affordable price. We ordered a variety of combo dishes from the restaurant for takeout, including a tamale with rice and beans for only $5. 99. The store has a great selection of Mexican groceries of all types. El Quetzal is a perfect combination of everything you need for your culture.

It’s a delicious escape! Great prices, great service. Don’t believe the miserable jerks leaving one star reviews. I see you.

I didn't like the food, the tamale, the chuchitos, the garnachas. I wanted to try Guatemalan food but I think they need a cook who knows how to cook.

I had a good image of this place and the food they offered, but they disappointed me with the hair that I found when I opened my bottle of cream that they gave me in my "rellenitos" that I bought to take away and also the rellenitos tasted horrible.

I had a good image of this place, in fact I bought a lot there on different occasions, but I do think that they should improve more and scrutinize the Guatemalan culture more because the food does not transport you to the place that it should take you in its entirety, I went to the place and ate there and The roast beef looked like a meat with onions and I was disappointed with the hair that came in my little glass of cream that came in some stuffed ones that I ordered to take away and because of the taste of those stuffed ones, I think they should try harder, Good luck ?
