I had prime rib and my wife had a sirloin and neither was fit to eat. We spent $70.00 and left 2 plates of food. I have never complained at a restaurant but this was the worst food I have spent money on.

This was some of the worst food I have paid for in a long time. We got Prime Rib and it very tough. It looked as it had been browned on the grill. I had them take my baked potatoe back because butter would not melt. We paid $26 for our prime rib and it was pitiful. My granddaughter got the sirloin and it was burnt! How this place got 4 and 1/2 stars makes me wonder!!! I would never recommend this place.

This is the first review I’ve ever done in my life and I must say this place is a hidden gem me and a coworker stop in for dinner after work and it was amazing and trucker friendly food was amazing and I’ve been to some pricey places in some large city’s which is why this place deserves a detailed review service 100% never looked for my waitress once and she wasn’t always poping in which can be annoying perfect balance around if I had to search for something negative to say it would have to be this place isn’t in my home town ya that have to be the only bad thing any road warriors passing by must stop in it’s that good I’m talking down to the plating of your food nothing was off

Post response update : Dear mgr , given your response i only feel better about NEVER coming back to your dive again . Excuses are like you know what.... my wife wanted the dessert not me and sure didnt make up for the nasty waitress or the food.........Went saturday night with my wife for dinner about 6pm . First off the waitress with the moon tattoo on her upper arm was drunk and i caught a buzz off her breath as she laughed when i asked for a wine menu . I then order the $30 ribeye that came out looking like a waffle house skillet steak as she never remembered to bring out the rest of my order as the bartender let her know he was on "hydros" ... needless to say we wont be back .

Ordered Medium Rare KC Strip I was informed they’d have to check to see if they had KC Strip then after confirmation they had one left it was brought out Well Done so then I had to order something else so I figured fried catfish is easy enough… boy was I mistaken.. Will not be back.. I’m a very easy person to please but my $35 steak wasn’t even remotely close to what I had ordered..

Kascade is one of the BEST restaurants in Carthage. I can't complain. The food is amazing. I've been here several times and it never disappoints. The girls are so kind andPayam is awesome. Very nice guy. I can't thank him enough for what he has done.

First time here and wowza! The steak was cooked to perfection and the rice pilaf and green beans were superb!! But that Tres Leches cake...?❤?? ? Yummy!!!! Service was excellent!!!

As of Saturday February the 19th Chef Bo Eugene Deal is no longer working at this business. Many of my sauces..soups.. special dessert... etc will be no longer available. I still have the rights to all of recipes not kascade. If you go there you will not be getting the things i have created. Ill keep you posted to my new location and possibly my own restaurant. I'm currently looking for a location. Thank you.
