Ordered through the mobile app and waited over 45 minutes on our Order to be completed. The employees were mostly standing around on their phones. We asked after waiting 30 minutes about our order and got told it'd be another 10 minutes before it'd be completed. They sent 2 walk in orders out and 3 or 4 drive through orders out that were placed after our pick up time. They made our drink 30 minutes before our food would even be ready. The lobby was extremely cold. I probably won't be doing business here anymore I think I'll stick with fried chicken from Pete's or make the drive into Joplin and go to Popeyes

Lobby was cold I placed a online order and was told 20 mins after my pick up time it was going to be at least another 10 mins to get the order made most of the employees was just standing around on their phones or just walking around amd if they did work they was only worried about helping people in the drive thru

I was at the drive through when I ordered extra crispy. They said they didn't have any so they said it would be 9 minutes. I got back in exactly 9 minutes when I asked for my order, the employee at the drive through said he had already sold my order to another customer. I asked him why he would do that, if I told him I was waiting in the parking lot. He didn't like me questioning him so I asked him to make me the same order again. He said they were out of chicken and I needed to leave. I haven't been there ever since. That was 2 years ago.

Literally the worst drive through service. We always have to give our order multiple times at the speaker, and then they usually still leave something off and we have to repeat again. Then when we get our food at the window we ALWAYS check before we drive off because a solid 90% of the time something is wrong and/or missing.

7:30 Sunday st Patricks day they where short on chicken both crispy and original short on biscuits no green beans and no Mac and chesse the idiot at the window said no substitutes even though they had no sides or chicken they didn't want to cook more food we said we would wait and they seemed upset poor management for sure won't be back ill drive the extra 20min for Popeyes
