I have ordered online for almost a year from this place. I have NEVER needed a code to get my pizza!! I told the boy at the counter that I have my ID that says my name on it. He informed me that I had to have the code. So I had to drive all the way across town to get the code off my phone. By the time a came back the pizza was extremely hard. We come to this place about 3 to 4 times a week, but we will NOT be back!!!! 😠

Great pizzas. Always love the hot and ready. Only issue was they only had two available. Would have loved to be able to get three as there was a large group of us traveling. Great quality pizzas tho. Crust was still soft and the pizza was still warm. Had hot and ready a few times that were starting to get dry and didn’t have this problem here! Keep doing what you’re doing little ceasars!

I called my order in ,was told 25 minutes,, gave them 30,,when picking up was told they just received the order and it will be 10 minutes to make,, I called it in to be ready to pick up on my way to work,, not have to wait.

Crazy puffs where VERY overdone. We stopped going to Little Caesars a while back because the food quality was not up to par. We have eaten here a few times recently but today was disappointing.

With the new management in place the food quality has improved soooo much!! Customer service was absolutely amazing i could not thank kayla enough for the warm welcome i had when i came into the store!!! My pcb and crazy bread was absolutely amazing and definitely hit the spot! If its been awhile since youve been in please give it another try!!

The guy was rude didn't listen to the order. How you supposed to be a hot and ready pizza place and still have to wait a hour for them to get 2 pizzas.. ridiculous service! Won't be back! Definitely plenty of pizza places around that I would rather spend my hard earned money on!

If I wanted to wait 20+ minutes for a "Hot-N-Ready" pizza, I certainly would have ordered from Pizza Hut or Dominos. Perhaps "Hot-N-Ready doesn't mean what it used to.
