I called my order in ,was told 25 minutes,, gave them 30,,when picking up was told they just received the order and it will be 10 minutes to make,, I called it in to be ready to pick up on my way to work,, not have to wait.

Crazy puffs where VERY overdone. We stopped going to Little Caesars a while back because the food quality was not up to par. We have eaten here a few times recently but today was disappointing.

With the new management in place the food quality has improved soooo much!! Customer service was absolutely amazing i could not thank kayla enough for the warm welcome i had when i came into the store!!! My pcb and crazy bread was absolutely amazing and definitely hit the spot! If its been awhile since youve been in please give it another try!!

The guy was rude didn't listen to the order. How you supposed to be a hot and ready pizza place and still have to wait a hour for them to get 2 pizzas.. ridiculous service! Won't be back! Definitely plenty of pizza places around that I would rather spend my hard earned money on!

If I wanted to wait 20+ minutes for a "Hot-N-Ready" pizza, I certainly would have ordered from Pizza Hut or Dominos. Perhaps "Hot-N-Ready doesn't mean what it used to.

They took pretty long getting my pizza ready. I asked to not get my pizza cut by them, but they cut it anyway. I also put on my order that I would pick it up through the pizza portal, but they just kept it on the counter. The pizza was perfect though.

One again we cannot get a decent Pizza from here. Today we paid 22 dollars and change for a large Pizza with 6 toppings including extra cheese and sauce. Half the Pizza had one topping and a very thin layer of cheese. The other half of the Pizza had three toppings and three toppings we ordered weren't on the Pizza. Unfortunately we cannot have decent a Little Caesars Pizza from this store no matter how much money we give them. This is the third and last time we will be ordering Pizza from this store.

Walked inside to get a pizza only to be ignored I understand your busy drive thru lane buzzer goes off and the guy working proceeds to take their order than another cane then another car I’m being patient and than he walks over sees me looks directly at him I said hi how’s it going he turns around doesn’t say a word and goes back to handing pizza out the window I will never go to this location again Joplin has way better service

Always very slow… they mess up on our online orders 90% of the time… if it weren’t good pizza I wouldn’t even mess with coming here… the Carthage, MO location is a COMPLETE circus…. Poor management and terrible customer service.
