I absolutely love this place and their coffee as well as the food, what I love most is being able to take a taste of home with us everywhere we go throughout our travels with their Bee Keeper and other fresh coffee beans available for purchase to take with you and have every morning no matter where you are!

Both orders were very burnt toast on both sides of bread, egg was ordered over medium came out hard. Smoothie was good.

Cost about 35 dollars for a small drip coffee 2 orders of avocado toast 1 with egg a smoothie and the tip they ask for.

What a nice little cozy spot. I am not from town and I came by here for breakfast and coffee before my son's mighty mites football game. It is a bit of a tradition for every away game we find a nearby local coffee place to visit. We selected Maple Leaf as it seemed right up our alley. We were correct. We enjoy fresh made food and not prepacked snacks off a truck like alot of places today. They make fresh crepes to order. I had the Carthage Classic Crepe and my son had a desert style one with Marshmallow fluff and chocolate. I had a taste of his and it was excellent. Mine was more hearty as it was filled with bacon, ham, and cheese and topped with sour cream and avocado. It was very good. The staff was quite attentive and kind. The coffee was also very good. I added maple bourbon cold foam which was to die for... I will be returning next time I'm am inevitably in Carthage for a sports related function. I recommend it highly!

My husband and I got coffees here, and I got avocado toast. The staff was extremely friendly, and the inside is super cute and a good place to hang out. Our coffees were also great!

Unfortunately, about 20 minutes after eating the avocado toast, I did start violently throwing up on the square. That’s never happened to me before, and I felt a lot better about an hour after getting that out of my system, so I have no choice but to believe that some ingredient from the toast was the root cause. On the bright side, the avocado toast was really good going down, and honestly, not that bad coming back up. I have no known allergies, so I don’t believe I could’ve had a reaction, and I eat avocado toast often. So really not sure what may have caused the problem other than I might’ve gotten a bad batch.

Cinnamon rolls are outstanding, coffee is excellent, and everyone is friendly.

Good food and coffee however the extremism into Christianity and bigotry shown by staff and patrons is something I’ve overheard. Not a good atmosphere for anyone that isn’t religious and constant playing of live church music in a shopping center is strange.
