Terrible. There is always something wrong with this specific McDonald’s. Every time we’ve ordered, they’ve either never put patties in our burgers, forget drinks, or completely forget about two meals! Terrible service! Would not recommend going to this McDonalds. If you want good service, go to the one near Lowe’s that’s connected with the Pete’s!

This is why I don't like to go to the McDonald's on Central avenue in Carthage. Over 50% of the time. They will mess up your order just like they did mine just now. I do yourself a favor. Find another place to go.
There was an employee named shi who went completely above and beyond for me, I absolutely loved her attitude and she was so very nice. Made my day 1000x better!

I wouldn’t even rate this one star, lady at first window was rude and took forever to take my payment choice, got my food the fries were like a mix of hot fries and cold hard greasy fries that literally made me throw up, witch is why I’m writing this review now I have to sit in throw up for the rest of my 3 hour drive…, and I tried to call to speak to a manager and nobody picked up
