Went to meet a friend there. He had gotten there five minutes earlier and ordered and it took 20 minutes to get his food to him. I waited. Five minutes made eye contact with four different employees but no one came up to take my order. A young girl came up and asked me what I wanted and I told her I need the manager‘s phone number. She said well you’ll have to look that up on Google. Then another employee came out and just said what do you want in a bad tone. I told her I wanted the manager’s number. I asked her three different times and her reply was always like well. What do you want. I finally got the number but never got to order my food either. I’ve seen other reviews and this is not I repeat not an anomaly. The service at this place actually deserves a zero.

Drive thru girl was extremely rude, lied & was unclean. I was pulled up and made to wait for no reason which is also against McDonald's policies. The person that brought out my food was HATEFUL & unclean. Employees here are a perfect example of how this world is getting worse, harmful, ugly, mean. I will never stop here again.

We went through the drive thru tonight to get a quick dinner from our trip from KU hospital for the last 5 days. We ordered two combo meals. Waited for our food (and was fine with that). However, when the young lady brought our food out there were no fries. My husband hollered to her as she walked off, “mam, my fries aren’t here”. She rolled her eyes and went back inside. Then, same young lady came outside with a small bag with 1 fry in it. She walked by our van and tossed them in and said very rudely, “there’s your fries!”. I went inside to either pay for the fries (if THEY did it wrong) or get 2 fries. Same young lady came g lady walked up to me and said “what?” I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and I wanted my fries. She walked off and told the manager (I think?) which I had to repeat the story to while the young lady said “I didn’t do that”. Meanwhile the manager made excuses for her saying she was just trying to hurry and had to stay late to help. I did get my fries, but why is this behavior accepted and made excusable? I don’t appreciate food being thrown at us. I submitted a review to McDonald’s Corporate as well as I feel this is a situation that needs addressed.
Guys please don’t go to this McDonald if you don’t want to get some sick your stomach to many cockroaches don’t recommend at all this should be closed down immediately

Placed an order in the app and went to pick up my food curbside. Ended up having to wait 30 mins for my food and it was all cold. Will never go to this McDonald’s again, absolutely horrible service and even worse food

It took like 30 to 40 minutes to get my order which was only 2 meals and 3 drinks. Which I can understand cause it was pretty busy, but I got a frappe and a slushie and by the time we got them they were half melted, which we had to ask for them cause they gave us our food with no drinks, I forgot to ask for my other drink so I never got it. Overall the food wasn't great, I could definitely tell they were in a hurry which again I understand it was busy but our food was literally thrown in the bag. I wouldn't recommend this location.
