I always have to wait for someone to answer the speaker and then it's an even longer at the window. Last time I waited 15 minutes just for someone to say hello. The other location in town is definitely faster and friendly. They seem overwhelmed here

Went today to take my son a happy meal to his school, placed mobile order for a 6piece with 2 fries and a frozen coke. After 6 mins went to collect food and the order was still about 10 min wait they said. I didn’t have any flex in the time. 6 nuggets and fries. McDonalds isn’t capable of having 6 nuggets and fries ready in less than 10 mins. But they make $13.75 an hour. And managers make way more wow. Carthage McDonalds have went to crap now.

I don't know how this place still exist with the poor service that they give. The food is usually unedible & overpriced. When you talk to the managers about it they look at you like you're crazy.

Ordered the cheeseburger deluxe meal that on the sign that said that they don't make it after 10:00 and then when I got my sandwich to lettuce with shredded instead of a piece of leaf like it is in the picture the Patty look like a McDouble Patty placed it took him about 15 to 25 minutes to get my order out I was in a hurry because of personal reasons but I guess that doesn't really matter literally my sandwich was put together so poorly that it fell apart of my hands with mayonnaise and ketchup dripping all over me my girlfriend put it while you just said it was a mess but the atmosphere of the restaurant since it was connected to the gas station was simple and satisfying somewhat I like to get more details versions of my reviews whenever things just aren't right
Parking: Parking is actually unavailable because everybody's running in and out of the gas station I had to park at the gas pumps and pay for gas in order to get something from McDonald's because there was actually 49 vehicles in the parking lot and there's literally only 50 unfortunate for me I was towing a trailer therefore that 50th spot was already too small so I had to park at the gas pumps
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't recommend bringing children here because there's a lot of chaos vehicles moving in different directions if you take your eyes off a 2-year-old for one second they could be Roadkill
Wheelchair accessibility: I think there was wheelchair accessibility whenever I pass by close by the door in between the two cargo vans that I seen double parked in the handicap Zone I think I actually seen a wheelchair ramp but it was so cluttered with cars it was hard to actually say for sure

I'm a Medrano which is Mc Donald in spanish. I named this restaurant when I was a small child learning how to read and write and speak english. I invented all these recipes. I didn't get any ownership proof so now all these people are invading my life including my fake relatives. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Whom it may concern, in these days and times, I don't believe some of these restaurants treat they employs or customer with respect , which I don't think is fair . Some of these so call mangers isn't perfect at all, like they don't do anything wrong .. but in my opinion I think some of these places are prejudice and don't give people a chance ?
