I got the Hut Special this morning. It was $10 and included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, and coffee. Service was pretty quick and friendly. The food was just okay. I was a bit disappointed that they only have non-dairy creamer, no real butter, and no tabasco sauce. The whipped spread they had instead of butter was some sort of margarine or other substitute and the hot sauce substitute was okay, but not as good as tabasco. I'll go back later to try their burger for lunch, but I think there are better breakfast options out there.

Awesome food, great prices, friendly waitress and pretty quick for a sit-down restaurant. The place does need an update but everything that really matters was pretty awesome 🙂.
We loved the decor, the food, and the staff! Carthage is a cool little Route 66 town, and Pancake Hut is a nice part of that vibe.
