A cute restaurant a with great basic breakfast. Great service and very accommodating. If you are looking for pancakes, toast, bacon or sausage, this is your place! If you want omelets and crepes, keep looking.
I got the Hut Special this morning. It was $10 and included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, and coffee. Service was pretty quick and friendly. The food was just okay. I was a bit disappointed that they only have non-dairy creamer, no real butter, and no tabasco sauce. The whipped spread they had instead of butter was some sort of margarine or other substitute and the hot sauce substitute was okay, but not as good as tabasco. Came here with the group of ladies after church, we had a ball. The food was great and the staff was incredible. The pancake hut has been here My entire life in Carthage. This is my first time coming here. Will definitely be coming back!
