Pulled up to 2 different drive-in parking spots before I found one that worked. I hit the button, someone greeted me, I placed my order. Then nothing. I asked if they heard me. Nothing. Pulled into the drive-thru, placed my order and finally got it. Took it home and found out that the hot fudge on all of my hot fudge sundaes was burnt. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. We had to throw away the 3 sundaes. Very disappointed.
My only complaint with this location is the broken stalls. They either need fixed or put cones in front of them so people don't keep pulling into them. I pulled into 2 in a row today and it's a bit annoying.
I gave 3 stars for service because
1) they were very busy in the afternoon
2) I felt bad because there was only 1 car hop that was working. She was doing the best she could.
