Neosho, Mo subway ....I'll never Go there again! They refused to honor our coupons and sold us a much more than expensive meal...if I wanted to spend that much I would have gone for steak! I should have walked out!!! Subway is requiring people to go online for coupons and seniors are being discriminated against because we don't do online.

I’m from out of town and just looking for a bite to eat. Stopped in and immediately thought the place looked really clean. The three employees all greeted me. They all (two young men and one young lady) were friendly, courteous and attentive to their jobs. At a Subway back home, two employees (male and female) got into a fight right in front of me! No such problems here from my viewpoint. Keep up the good work guys and gal!

Management is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. And the employee actually spit in my food I checked. By the looks of the reviews I’m not the only person who has had issues at this location. Definitely not going back

Worst Subway around the "manager" Amber is the worst all she does is argue and tell you how wrong you are. Anytime we bring something up you get nothing but attitude and eye rolling. She said stop coming to my location i look at your complaints and we're not going to change anything. I wish she would be held responsible but probably won't happen.

Ms. Lucera/Lucia is very rude and absolutely shouldn't have a job if she continues to treat customers rudely. I walked in tonight to get a wrap for dinner.

Opon checkout, she was VERY snotty and rude to me. I explained that Joplin always used my coupons for the wrap, and it wasn't an issue. She said very rudely and snotty, "Well, we're not Joplin." LOL! Yeah? Well, clearly.....

I explained that her attitude wasn't necessary. She then thought it was funny, started laughing, and just continued on....

Next time, I'm pretty sure it will not hurt you to treat your customers with a little bit of kindness.

If not, maybe you should find a different job. Just a thought.

Ordered food an asked to use the bathroom an said someone was in there. After our meal bathroom still locked both men’s an women’s! Refused to open bathrooms for my family to use. Will not return!

Walked in after a long day of work. We were hungry and needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom door was locked and the workers refused to open it because they were scheduled to close in a few minutes. I guess I should suggest an edit to change their business hours to show they close at 9:24 instead of 9:30.
